We are Smartlink Technologies and we are a distribution company for Mobile phones and technology products. I am Manager Marketing and Ecommerce at Mistore.pk which is our e-commerce website.

We hired Alchemative for the development and maintenance of Mistore.pk, our e-commerce website. Our goal was to develop a store for Xiaomi exclusive products which is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient. We paid special importance to the customer journey and ease of ordering.

We wanted a developer who was an expert in Shopify stores and who could support us other than developing our store. We interviewed 4 agencies and we found Alchemative team to be very professional and technically equipped for the job.

We wanted an ecommerce website that was easy to use as we didn't have any in-house resources for this we chose Shopify since it is user-friendly and well-equipped for an e-commerce store. Alchemative presented us with Shopify and they developed the project as per our need.

The website was successfully launched and achieved 3000 units sale target in the first month

They communicate with us primarily on e-mails and whatsapp groups but we also have Trello boards to keep track of all the tasks that we assign them. The team is very friendly and responds instantly.

The team was very humble and demonstrated sound knowledge of the technical side as well as business workings. They understood our business goals, which helped them develop products that best suited our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I feel that they can work on their delivery, sometimes deliverables tend to go past delivery time. Overall I'm very satisfied with their performance.

We had big issues of connecting our internal Inventory management Software MS AX Dynamics with Shopify which wasn't possible without a middle layer to manage our inventories and order management from various shops and warehouse at a time.

It was being referred by a logistic partner and they were the only Shopify Plus Partners in the region which boosted our confidence to give them the project, plus the share deadlines for the competition of the project were very sleek which actually was one of the main factor.

We needed a real time inventory and order management solution which help us dedicated working for brick & Mortar and online at a time and inventories didn't get compromised. The ley deliverables were time inventory sync, price push and order fulfillment between Shopify & our internal inventory management solution MS AX Dynamics.

There was a team of 6 individual from Technical and Business background which were fully involved in this approval. Their CTO and Director E-com was exclusively involved throughout the project delivery.

We have witnessed 182% increase in sales by connecting our stores with E-com and inventory increase of 8 times. Plus our overall conversion rate got better by 60% and AOV increased by 42%.

We have had weekly & Bimonthly meeting and have used, Whatapp, Outlook, Teams and one to one meetings for the project testing and execution. Since the timelines were challenging, the project got delay 2 weeks but that was all under the testing part between our internal IT team.

They were committed to achieving our goals in the most appropriate and cost-effective way. Been very friendly and open to accept error (if happens) from their end. Try to fix all highlighted issued in earliest possible manner.

Their management style and involvement of higher-ups in every step gave us confidence to perfect project delivery and it was proved at the end.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives regarding the website. From there the team delivered wireframes for our site which we approved with some changes suggested by us. After the changes were made, their team developed the new shopify site, incorporating a contact form and payment processing feature.

They helped us set up a new website in 2017 from our existing one, which was not to the par level the one which they made it for us was much better compare to the previous one. Till date their support staff is on toes, always there to help and help us improve our website.Though till date everything is running smoothly without any major issues. Alchemative has a very dedicated team and we are always in touch with the various departments working at their office depending on the task. Touseef is a success manager at Alchemative, he's been guiding us for quite some time and his insights about the field are very extensive.

SInce we went onboard with Alchemative our growth rate has increased by more than 100%. For last 5 years working with them, I am more firm about more growth in coming time. Alchemative has evolved with time and this has helped us tremendously in many ways. Solving issues in a very less time.

Flow in start was much better than expected due to previous experiences, but in a very short span of time our team gelled well with their team. We always worked on two-way communication, and this has been key in our success.
