Utilizing the designs from our Figma file, Versus was looking for Albiorix to build out a Version 1 of our Web Application that is PWA responsive. What this included was:

1. Building out Authentication:
   1. Google Authentication
   2. Email Authentication
   3. Age Verification
   4. Location Verification (Geofencing)
2. Build out Sport live scoring, statistics, and analysis
   1. Live, Upcoming, and Final sports statistics and scoring for NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NCAAB, NHL, MLB
   2. Connect to backend API to pull in information.
3. Sports Wagering
   1. Build out a custom digital wallet to hold virtual currency
   2. Build out a function that allows you to bet against other friends or people on the platform.
   3. Verify Funds are in your wallet and hold for escrow after bet has been accepted.
   4. Calculate the winner.
   5. Pull in live sports odds and stats to verify who won the game.
4. Chat Functionality
   1. Allow users to chat inside of each sports game
   2. Allow users to chat in a private channel.

1. Live, Final, and Upcoming sports scoring and statistics as accurately displayed in other applications.
2. Ability to chat with friends or other users on the platform
3. Ability to bet against another user and have that bet recorded.

Albiorix was fantastic at delivering the project in a timely and accurate manner. They were extremely responsive holding daily standup's with our team answering all of our questions and catering to any changes or variations in our project as we started to build it out. With this being a 4 month+ project so far, they have adapted well to some of the iterations that we've made on the fly and have been pretty accurate in their forecasting for the project length and detail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of what we were trying to do was impressive. If you aren't in the sports industry or you don't watch sports actively it can be hard to understand all of the immense amount of data that comes in, they grasped all of this very well and took initiative in doing so.

Additionally with this touching on aspects of sports wagering they jumped right in and gained understanding in the basics of sports betting, which again is not an easy thing to do especially if you have never wagered on sports before. I found the above very impressive compared to other companies that we have worked with in the past.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Albiorix Technology Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

I think Albiorix did a fantastic job gaining understanding of what we were trying to accomplish and delivering on that. I think sometimes as a developer you can get in the mindset of thinking that you can build everything all the time, which effected our overall timeline a bit. If there were any things that I would do differently it would be to push back against some of our product ideas or features and sticking to the overall timeline a bit more.

They were our first outsourcing partner when Covid first started. They were engaged by us for a short-term project, but because of their professionalism and outstanding performance during our initial engagement, we extended our contract with them for a number of years. Initially, they focused mostly on front-end and mobile apps, but we eventually hired their back-end developers to work in Rails. One of the top Angular & Ionic teams exists there. Their knowledge, code standards, and reaction times were all outstanding. Our communication and cooperation were excellent. They participated in practically all of our squads and frequently offer input to help us improve our platform.

We have outgrown our competitors in terms on business grown, easy processes, revenue and expanding in new regions. Our revenue from this platform grown 3000% and our team increased from 100+ to 1200+.

One of the best teams to work with is this one. They exceeded our expectations by delivering all modules and features on time, with exceptional correctness. They have good communication skills and have grown to grasp our company's needs. Every time we have a problem, they approach it with a positive attitude, work quickly to solve it, or provide us with the finest options. They come highly recommended for both big and little undertakings.

We hired Albiorix to build and launch our mobile app, Snappoo. We are built on Flutter and have published the app to both the iOS and Android app stores. Our app includes multiple AI-powered features that help dog owners raise healthier, happier dogs. We have developed machine learning models in the form of an SDK. The SDK and product designs were provided to the Albiorix team. 

They built the app in Firebase and store use data to our Google Cloud Platform account for further use in analysis and model training. A beta version of the app launched in 2021 and an MVP launched in late 2022. Additional features have been released in 2023 and more are planned for the future. Albiorix continues to support us since day one.

Our outcomes for this project were for Albiorix to build our app fully to technical and design specifications at the agreed rate and have it function as expected and without defect or error. Albiorix objectively achieved their goals for this project.

Yes. Our point of contact is always responsive via email and is available to meet at many times of the day despite the vast time zone difference. Items are delivered on time, and they are flexible to work according to our project management processes and tools.

Albiorix is the poster company for outsourced mobile application development. Give them a concrete design or plan, be thorough in your requirements and user acceptance testing, and you will get an excellent product, quickly and for a reasonable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Albiorix Technology Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

No relationship is perfect and even the folks at Albiorix occasionally make mistakes/introduce bugs. But they are also very quick to fix anything that we find during user acceptance testing, so continues to remain incredibly efficient/effective. In our experience, no software is perfect the first time, so a key strength of a team is its ability to iterate quickly.

The first app was Ionic based. The guys at Albiorix have experience with different mobile app technologies. We are currently building an improved version of the app using Flutter and they do also have vast experience with this technology.

Currently we have 2 mobile developers that have been working with the old version of the app (the Ionic one). Now they are building the new app with Flutter. They do also have experience building native apps.

We are targeting the release of the new app by end of April. On the end of February we will have our first Alpha version.

Knowing that the work is given to a hand picked employee of a programming firm was a deciding factor.

We had every morning (EST) a call on Google meets to discuss the days work. I shared my screen with Anydesk and pulled in the changes using TortioseGit from Github and then tested the code. If there were issues then I posted a bug or task onto Trello. Then we would discuss further tasks and I would post those as well. We communicated on slack when we weren't on calls.

i worked with two people, one worked on structuring the database and writing the code while the other also wrote code but also tested and debugged.

I received amazing feedback from my company after giving a training session about the program. The program was going to save an immeasurable amount of time as well as bringing the company onto the next level.

The team worked very hard in delivering progress in a timely manner. If there were bugs which slowed them down they would let me know and point them out to me.
