They were our first outsourcing partner when Covid first started. They were engaged by us for a short-term project, but because of their professionalism and outstanding performance during our initial engagement, we extended our contract with them for a number of years. Initially, they focused mostly on front-end and mobile apps, but we eventually hired their back-end developers to work in Rails. One of the top Angular & Ionic teams exists there. Their knowledge, code standards, and reaction times were all outstanding. Our communication and cooperation were excellent. They participated in practically all of our squads and frequently offer input to help us improve our platform.

We hired Albiorix to build and launch our mobile app, Snappoo. We are built on Flutter and have published the app to both the iOS and Android app stores. Our app includes multiple AI-powered features that help dog owners raise healthier, happier dogs. We have developed machine learning models in the form of an SDK. The SDK and product designs were provided to the Albiorix team.

They built the app in Firebase and store use data to our Google Cloud Platform account for further use in analysis and model training. A beta version of the app launched in 2021 and an MVP launched in late 2022. Additional features have been released in 2023 and more are planned for the future. Albiorix continues to support us since day one.

Our outcomes for this project were for Albiorix to build our app fully to technical and design specifications at the agreed rate and have it function as expected and without defect or error. Albiorix objectively achieved their goals for this project.

Albiorix is the poster company for outsourced mobile application development. Give them a concrete design or plan, be thorough in your requirements and user acceptance testing, and you will get an excellent product, quickly and for a reasonable price.

No relationship is perfect and even the folks at Albiorix occasionally make mistakes/introduce bugs. But they are also very quick to fix anything that we find during user acceptance testing, so continues to remain incredibly efficient/effective. In our experience, no software is perfect the first time, so a key strength of a team is its ability to iterate quickly.

Knowing that the work is given to a hand picked employee of a programming firm was a deciding factor.

We had every morning (EST) a call on Google meets to discuss the days work. I shared my screen with Anydesk and pulled in the changes using TortioseGit from Github and then tested the code. If there were issues then I posted a bug or task onto Trello. Then we would discuss further tasks and I would post those as well. We communicated on slack when we weren't on calls.

i worked with two people, one worked on structuring the database and writing the code while the other also wrote code but also tested and debugged.

They have impressed us since day one, even though we initially only had one simple marketing website. Three of their team's developers will be on board for our AI-powered hiring platform within the next month. Their team's primary focus is on the database, APIs, and front end. The Albiorix crew is incredibly helpful, fast to pick things up, and willing to go above and beyond to provide top-notch results on schedule. They are putting effort into our SaaS offering.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were a team of 7 developers, and we had a few initial clients on MVP. We onboarded Albiorix Technology in 2022 for our acclaimed workforce intelligence platform powered by Ethical Talent AI. They have delivered an excellent platform with our team, and we have onboarded some of the Fortune 500 companies like Deloitte, Salesforce, and Atlassian and grown revenue to 300%.

Their project management skills are excellent, and they deliver on time. We have requested that they work over the weekend to introduce new features prior to the onboarding of new clients in August. Their staff helped us out all weekend till the new features went live. Additionally, their CEO has helped us by facilitating effective team communication, allocating the best resources for the project, suggesting AI solutions, etc.
