We needed help with our e-commerce platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AISDC developed our e-commerce platform from scratch. The team started by creating mood boards and high-fidelity prototypes to ensure the digital experience matched the brand’s ultra-premium identity. AISDC also optimized 3D garments to ensure they loaded quickly and animated smoothly without losing visual fidelity.

For the frontend, AISDC created a custom Next.js storefront featuring a 4-second loading screen, floating 3D shirt models built with Three.js, and an Apple-inspired liquid glass morphism aesthetic. The team also implemented high-end micro-interactions, including magnetic buttons with physics and custom cursors with particle trails. AISDC ensured the 3D elements and cinematic animations rendered flawlessly and quickly across both desktop and mobile devices.

For the backend, AISDC integrated Stripe to handle high-ticket transactions and created a custom internal dashboard for our team to manage sales and operations. The team also developed a custom logistics program that automatically triggered delivery routing, internal dispatch reports, and customer tracking updates the moment a purchase was verified. AISDC connected the frontend catalog directly to warehouse availability to prevent overselling and eliminate manual data entry.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

By automating our delivery routing and logistics through the new custom dashboard, our warehouse team reduced the time spent processing each order from several minutes to just seconds. The real-time synchronization between the Next.js storefront and the backend ERP eliminated overselling, completely resolving previous inventory lag issues.

Thanks to the interactive 3D garment models and the cinematic UI built with Three.js, customers are spending significantly more time exploring our collections. Despite running complex 3D animations natively in the browser, AISDC optimized the frontend so well that we maintained blazing-fast page load speeds across both desktop and mobile devices.

Consolidating our financial tracking, Stripe payments, and logistics into a single, unified system saved our management team roughly 15–20 hours of manual data entry per week. The ROI was immediate. On the sales side, the interactive 3D storefront increased our average time on site by 40% and lifted our overall conversion rate by 22%. The biggest impact on customer satisfaction came from the backend. Because the dashboard automates delivery routing and real-time tracking, we saw a 60% drop in support tickets related to order status, and we’ve experienced zero inventory discrepancies since launch.

How did AISDC perform from a project management standpoint?

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by AISDC’s ability to master both ends of the technical spectrum. In my experience, most development agencies are either highly creative studios that build beautiful but functionally limited websites or heavy engineering shops that build powerful but visually dull internal software. AISDC was the exception. They flawlessly executed a highly cinematic, Apple-level 3D frontend using Next.js and Three.js while simultaneously building a heavy-duty, automated logistics ERP on the backend.

I was also impressed by AISDC’s business acumen. They didn’t just act like order takers; they acted as true technical partners. The team took the time to deeply understand our supply chain, dispatch routing, and warehouse pain points, then proactively suggested automation features for our dashboard that we hadn’t even considered. AISDC’s ability to bridge the gap between high-end luxury aesthetics and complex operational logic set them apart from any other agency we’ve worked with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would have been great if AISDC had provided more role-specific video tutorials during the final handover phase. Because the custom ERP dashboard they built for us was so robust, it naturally had a learning curve for our non-technical warehouse staff. AISDC was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions, but having a quick library of how-to videos ready on day one would’ve accelerated our internal onboarding. Other than that, their execution was virtually flawless.
