The project primarily entailed consulting and developing a Multimedia Output AI-Chatbot tailored for the medical sector, alongside crafting the underlying Backend AI Solution. A significant aspect of the work was data management, where we leveraged Pinecone as our vector database to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. 

Additionally, a robust RAG (Retriever-Augmented Generation) Application was developed, complemented with a REST API to facilitate seamless communication between the backend and frontend interfaces. The key deliverables included a fully functional AI chatbot, a well-structured Backend AI Solution, a streamlined Pinecone data management system, and an RAG Application with an integrated REST API for optimized frontend interaction.

We have over 200 hours of video content for customers in our mentorship program and wanted to create an AI chatbot that would not only create answers to their prompts using material from the videos, but would link to specific sections of video where information was discussed.
