We sought to have a customer portal and backend database be built for our membership driven nonprofit organization. We had previously worked with another company that did not complete the job, so Aha Apps was to figure out what had been done and fix it, while completing the project. They integrated payment and event registration through the portal, while allowing members to manage their profiles and "households."

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team would meet with us multiple times a week to ask questions and demo progress so that we could track the progress of the project.

The team has been very responsive to our needs and questions and have worked to deliver items on time while also managing scope creep.

They are more than fair with pricing and are very responsive to our questions and provide updates quickly.

We had a project manager internally. They always delivered items on time and were very responsive to our needs.

They're very good at understanding our business requirements to complete each sprint although he had no business experience in the topic, for example, contracts and business developement processes.
