Agency Jet has performed well in terms of project management. We use BaseCamp, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with Agency Jet’s accessibility. When we first started discussing this project, the owner brought on a subject matter expert right away. We were able to have very direct conversations that weren’t all full of sales pitches, so I was able to quickly get a sense of not just what they said they could do but also what their approach would be. The other agencies we reached out to spent way too long in the sales cycle and kept telling me the same thing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They utilize different services themselves to help generate and author some of the content they do, so some of the things that they deliver are too generic and basic in terms of the writing style. We shared this problem with them, and they made some adjustments, so it has gotten better since.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to spend time understanding what keywords you want and spend time challenging their recommendations.

Agency Jet provides SEO marketing services for us. First, we had an onboarding process where we shared information with them, and we've worked back and forth in building the strategy to have our website show higher search engine results. 

The team has done on- and off-site optimization and has worked collaboratively with us on keyword research. They've also created backlinks to ensure web crawlers are aware of our website. In terms of on-page optimization, they've written content for us to put on the website and allowed us to customize it to our tone and audience.

We've worked with a sales representative, Agency Jet's co-owner, and a point person, who acts as our liaison with the team.

We found them through an internet search. We were looking for a partner who understood how SEO worked and that we know our audience better than anybody else. Initially, we found 12 different marketing firms we thought might be good partners. From there, we had a very laborious and thorough vetting process. Agency Jet stood head and shoulders above the rest for what would meet our needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve had 11 new members join our association as a result of Agency Jet’s efforts. Moreover, our website has had a 40% increase in organic traffic and a 36% decrease in bounce rate. Their ability to help and work with us to write the website optimization language has been outstanding. The team has really good tools, and we’ve met the need for optimization while writing content specifically for our users. 

How did Agency Jet perform from a project management standpoint?

They use Basecamp for communication and to share documents back and forth, and we can access them historically. They also have a portal that shows the work they’ve completed and data from Google Analytics, backlinks, and off- and on-page optimization. Additionally, we have a monthly call with them to review the status of our work together. Our point person handles a lot of our communication back and forth. However, other teammates are also in attendance when we have team meetings. 

We had an issue at the beginning regarding QC we were asked to approve. When we raised that concern, they had a meeting with us and addressed the issue perfectly. There are always growing pains when starting a business relationship, and it’s how teams handle it that matters. Agency Jet dealt with that situation beautifully, and it has strengthened our partnership. They’re open to hearing our feedback and making adjustments accordingly. Now, everything is working great. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Agency Jet’s transparency and coaching, which are the epitome of what we were looking for in a partnership. We wanted a partner that would tell us what was working and what wasn’t and not hide the facts or try to fluff up the data. Agency Jet has been absolutely transparent. 

We also didn’t want to turn over SEO blindly without understanding it. We’re curious and want to understand what the team is doing, and they’ve been really helpful in our education about SEO. When we look at the data, we get why they’re doing what they’re doing. These attributes are why we chose them over the other agencies we vetted.

I don’t think they need to improve anything; I’m very happy with them. Even though we had an issue, they resolved it so well that I see it as positive.

If a business or organization is looking to understand how SEO works to incorporate it beyond what their agency is doing for them, Agency Jet is the place to go. If you want to know what’s happening, they’ll make sure you’re aware of it — that differentiates them from others.

I am the director of business development at a retailer that assists homeowners with their DIY deck project, from design, to estimating, to permitting, to sourcing every element for the project, our services are free with the purchase of a deck package. We also install footings and ledgers to start the project right.

We are growing to other cities in other states and wanted a team with regional and national experience in SEO. We also experienced previous SEO vendors that did not take accountability seriously. Agency Jet is willing to open up the hood and explain what they know (and don't know) so the relationship is built on mutual trust and transparency.

Anyone who has done SEO knows the steps. We have been through 4 companies and have seen the worst and best. Agency Jet is, by far, the best because of their organized approach and clear communication. Regularly scheduled meetings and task lists for both client and vendor are clearly established and allow all parties to efficiently make progress. We have access to a team, not just an account manager, and are able to get answers and insight on strategy and technical questions immediately.

We have an account manager and SEO specialist directly assisting us, but we have everyone from the President down to the copy writer joining our calls and helping us along the way. We have a large team of experts who are rowing the boat together and feel like family.

Our ranking on search engines has improved across the various keywords that we’re running campaigns for — our website traffic has gone up. Our bounce rate has also improved. Overall, Agency Jet’s work has been effective.

I adore my project manager — she’s phenomenal. We communicate well, and she explains things that I don’t understand. She’s personable and relatable. I enjoy having her with me as she explains things, and this is one of the reasons I continue working with Agency Jet. 

Moreover, they’re transparent and professional. We use Basecamp and Zoom to communicate. I’m aware of everything they’re doing; the lines of communication are open so there’s no question about the representation of our brand and company in the campaigns. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate the education that we receive from Agency Jet. The team doesn’t simply do what they do; they also explain the process to us. They break things down, and dialogue exists between our teams. If there’s something I don’t understand, they fill in the gaps and help me. 

On top of that, their resources ensure that all my expectations are manageable, especially since SEO is a long play. We know we won’t gain increased traffic within four weeks of hiring them. Nonetheless, Agency Jet has done a phenomenal job. Their cost is justified by the quality of their services. 

Overall, Agency Jet works to educate their clients. The team is highly transparent about the things they do, and that’s not common — other vendors simply ask for our money and do what they do.

Ask questions and make sure you understand what’s going on — Agency Jet can explain everything. If you’re considering working with them, know that you can take your time. You don’t have to feel pressured to engage them after their initial assessment. Take your time and understand that SEO is an investment — if you’re ready to go for it, they’ll be there to support you.

They’ve been helping us improve our Google rankings. We focus on 19 keywords and phrases to bring up our organic traffic. They determined these through a mixture of their own research and the brief we provided them. Specific techniques include blog writing, backend SEO, backlinking, and article marketing.

Each time they suggest something, I review their draft and then they implement my feedback. Over the course of working together, as they’ve learned my preferences, I’ve made fewer and fewer edits.

Everything they say is very helpful, and our visibility keeps going up.

In terms of metrics, 27 keywords have improved against benchmarks, and tons are ranking on the first and second page. Our business has grown by 150%, impressions have grown by 80%, and 99% of our traffic is brand new users. We’re confident in what Agency Jet has done to give us a steady increase nearly every week. It’s turned into our best YoY growth period so far.

How did Agency Jet perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a monthly call with Colby where he walks me through progress, reports, and the focus and successes of each campaign, as well as any areas to tweak. Because I’m new to SEO, he educates me, and he’s such a great communicator that he always finds the perfect reference or metaphor to help me understand.

Agency Jet is on time to calls and even records them so anyone in my organization can tune in. We communicate over Basecamp, texts, and emails, though we try not to bother each other too much.

Colby is very responsive, and if something needs to be attended to quickly, we can connect. He always asks before doing anything because he understands how much what is out there matters to us as a small business. He’s very straightforward, realistic, and honest.

They made it clear that this was my website and that they were on my team — focused on my success.

Agency Jet has a wealth of experience working with small to large business that they bring to bear for their clients. They know what works and how to make it happen; our success is a large part of theirs. I wanted to do this review because of how phenomenal they are.

I wish we could meet more than once a month, but I’m glad the calls are recorded so I can go back. If I don’t got to everything I want to during those calls, I can ask questions outside of that and I’ll receive a response in 24 hours. They’re very present in those hour-long calls though; there’s no time wasted.

Be prepared and go in with an attitude of curiosity. Let them do what they’re good at. If something isn’t working or if something isn’t a good fit, then they’ll change it.

We were able to track progress and see our strategy come to life immediately through their user friendly and proprietary dashboard.

After the keywords were established we provided content topics for Agency Jet to publish on-site and also distribute to relevant third party websites. We hired Agency Jet to increase website leads and they are delivering on that with double digit increases via Organic Search vs. any prior time period we compare to. We also have fresh content on our website in the form of blog posts and re-writes of previous content. We have seen a measurable lift in Organic Search Traffic which we track on multiple data points through the use of Google Analytics.

We are a demanding client and the team does a very good job at providing clear deliverables and meeting deadlines. We have a regularly scheduled project status meeting that is attended by all the team members mentioned above. They also provide video/screenshot answers via email which enhances the sharing of information.

This is a smart group of people. We have been very impressed with their ability to produce content on complex subject matters that are new to the team. They bring a genuine interest and enthusiasm in learning not just our challenges but how our business and industry operates as a whole. This might seem like an obvious requirement (and not very unique) but it has to be real to sustain itself over months and years.

Because of our weekly meetings, I know where we rank for the keywords we’re targeting. Our rankings have improved ever since Agency Jet conducted their initial assessment. We have more than 100 industry-relevant phrases on the first page of Google. 

I can’t argue with the positive results of their work, especially if I compared where we were at the beginning and where we're sitting right now. I can search for our keywords, and they’re really on the first page — Agency Jet is not hiding anything, and we’re paying to see improvement. They've done everything I've asked them to do.

Agency Jet has a project management system in place, and we communicate via email. Every day, I get a list of items that we talked about the other day, and every week I’m receiving updates on our progress for the keywords we’re targeting.

I am the Marketing Manager for Berger Allied Moving & Storage, a national relocation, warehousing and logistics company. One of the main responsibilities of my role is managing the company's SEO and online reputation efforts.

Our campaign began with comprehensive research and development completed by Agency Jet, and an informational questionnaire completed by the team here at Berger. Once those initial tasks were finished, we met with the Agency Jet team several times to discuss/learn about our campaign strategy.

We worked together to determine keywords and mapping, content strategy, backlink analysis, mobile-friendly design, broken links and other sitemap issues, local listings, schema, lead tracking, Google Analytics and so much more. Our campaign came with a long list of deliverables such as content and articles, videos and voiceovers, infographics, blogs and a variety of reporting, all while being taught the reason behind the strategy.

Every time we meet with Agency Jet, we are excited to talk about new achievements and milestones. Our organic traffic has improved, phone calls to our business have increased, and several of our keywords have even made it to the first page of Google which is exciting as we've never experienced that in the past.

The most impressive and unique thing that Agency Jet does is educate their clients about SEO throughout the time spent with them. Every time we complete a monthly virtual meeting, I've learned something new. Previous SEO companies had a "set it and forget it" feel. We never really knew what we were paying for and we came out of meetings feeling confused and unsure. With Agency Jet, their honesty and transparency is fantastic. How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They offered a free analysis and a two-hour consult with the head of the company who happens to be both a sharp business consultant and an excellent salesperson.

The purpose of the engagement was to improve our visibility for 12 keywords. This involved making some changes to our website and a lot of backlink work on the part of Agency Jet. They also helped clean up some technical issues that were interfering with our visibility.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Colby Wegter was our project manager (excellent!) and he had a team of assistants.

Most of our keywords are now on page one or two on Google.

They have a dashboard and we had monthly calls. Other issues were addressed via email correspondence. Colby was very responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having worked with other SEO companies in the past, we'd say they're much more professional and delivered results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I thought that their suggestions for website editing were not great - I think they could benefit from better copywriters.
