Being a musician, and not a real tech person, I probably cannot answer this question using key words you would expect, but Advent Trinity Marketing Agency makes us truly comfortable, and really listen and learn about our concerns as a musician trying to reach a very small unique market. We had several meetings, and they pay attention to my emails.

We selected photos, music clips, and found ways to make it easy for our potential customers to find answers to their questions an find guidance on our website developed by Advent.

I’m the CEO of four restaurants and a restaurant supplies company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Advent Trinity Marketing Agency?

Our business decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we needed help with marketing, for which we hired Advent Trinity Marketing Agency (ATMA).

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ATMA has been helping us with our restaurant’s marketing and advertising since the COVID-19 pandemic started. Initially, I tasked them to create a new website for my business so that people knew we were still in business.

When they came in, we already had a website someone else had developed for me, but I didn’t like it. Thus, I originally requested them to redesign that site, but they told me that it would be difficult to market if it hadn’t been built correctly. Instead, they offered to create a brand new website in WordPress from scratch, which I accepted.

At the start of this process, I also provided them with details of my products and what I wanted for my site. I also wanted to provide them with content from my previous site, but they decided to create better content for SEO purposes. After building our website, ATMA started marketing and advertising our business on Facebook and Google.

In addition to web development and marketing, ATMA has helped me with content development, SEO, and social media management. For example, they’ve written a blog article about my business.

What is the team composition?

I work with around five people from ATMA. My main point of contact is Bryan (CEO & Co-Founder), but I’ve also worked with Ruben (VP & Co-Founder), who is focused on SEO and social media. I’ve also worked with Andrea (Social Media Manager), who helps us with content; a web designer, who helped us define the colors for our website; and a content creator, who has asked me a lot of questions regarding my business to create content for me.

How did you come to work with Advent Trinity Marketing Agency?

I found them before the COVID-19 pandemic during a Google search. During that research, I discovered that they had around 15 five-star reviews on Google. Still, in 25 years, I had never advertised my business; all my clients came through word of mouth. Thus, when I found them, I didn’t require their services. When COVID-19 hit, we had no traffic at all, so I called ATMA to help me out. 

How much have you invested with them?

I pay them between $20,000–$32,000 per month, including the advertising costs. The monthly spending depends on the season and how much we want to advertise our business that month.

What is the status of this engagement?

I met them in late 2019, but we started working together around March 2020, and our engagement is ongoing. The website was launched in May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Once the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions were lifted, my business increased by 200%. In 2019, we had sales for around $1.9 million–$2 million per year, but now, we have sales for around $3.9 million–$4 million per year. Moreover, since I opened the restaurant again, I’ve had a lot of calls from numbers I didn’t recognize before. On occasions, I’ve told them to pause our advertisement campaigns because we didn’t have enough people to handle the business we were getting.

How did Advent Trinity Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

One thing I really like about ATMA is that if I call them, someone gets back to me within 15 minutes. We communicate via phone calls because it is faster for me; I’m always on the run. Their team works really closely with me, and I can call them whenever I need.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The results that ATMA has delivered are impressive; we’ve been busy since we started working with them. For me, the most important part of a partnership is that, as long as I pay them, I expect results. So far, ATMA has delivered.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only downside is that ATMA emails me a lot asking me a lot of questions related to our campaigns’ performance. Writing emails takes up a lot of my time, and I’m not knowledgeable enough about the questions they ask me. Still, they always assure me that they want my input so that they can create better campaigns.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t hire a cheap agency. Before ATMA, someone else had developed a website for me, which was a waste of money.
