I’m the owner of Last Minute Makeover SA, LLC in San Antonio, Texas. We offer contracting and home remodeling services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Atlas Start?

I reached out to Atlast Start to help me start my business. I had 20-year business knowledge, but I didn’t know how to start a business in this day and age.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atlas Start built my business strategy in order to help me receive more calls from potential customers. We had a lot of meetings and emails in order to plan how to build my network and everything else. Then, they started to focus on marketing my company, which included creating my content. They’re now working on my website and establishing my company on Google.

I found them on Google when I searched for local companies in my area.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I noticed that the phone calls I was receiving increased when they started working for me and it helped me close contracts. Their work also helped me advertise my services properly. On top of that, they provide me with everything I need.

How did Atlas Start perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication skills and timeliness are perfect. We typically communicate through email, but I can always call them if I have any concerns. In connection with that, they respond to me as fast as possible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with how they’ve helped me increase my business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I’m happy with everything.

I found them online while looking for potential strategy providers to hire for this project. I talked to Linda and felt that she quickly understood the urgency of my requirements, so I onboarded Atlas Start.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Atlas Start delivered a professional and impressive proposal in a short span of time. They were considerate of my deadlines and requirements, and that’s my main success metric for their work. I’m looking forward to achieving my business goals through the work they completed for me.

We mainly communicated via email, text messages, and phone calls. Linda had everything under control with her deadline- and goal-oriented approach.

Atlas Start delivered quality results at a fair price point — I did my research, and most agencies charged higher for the same quality of work.

I didn’t encounter any issues throughout the engagement. I got exactly what I needed, and they were a great partner to work with.

We needed help structuring and implementing a more modern medical database.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atlas Start set up our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) database and trained us to the point that we could use it freely. The team also helps with some of the content and phrasing. Additionally, they work on our insurance billing. On a regular basis, the team checks invoices to see if there are any mistakes, too.

What is the team composition?

We work with Lina (Business Design Consultant & Marketing Strategist).

How did you come to work with Atlas Start?

They came highly recommended via word-of-mouth.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2018, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Lina successfully got our whole team onto the EMR database and we can all use it independently. It’s been great. They also meet our needs in terms of getting the insurance invoices to our clients. Atlas Start’s work helped us onboard more clients.

Lina is really good to work with. A lot of times, patients can be sensitive when dealing with gynecological issues. There have been difficult situations and patients with tempers but Lina has been calm throughout. She’s very efficient and knowledgeable. She stays up to date with the language we use in the healthcare space.

How did Atlas Start perform from a project management standpoint?

When there’s a specific project, she’ll give us a calendar and a structure. In terms of communication, it’s pretty straightforward. We also have a task manager in our EMR database. We’re able to communicate with colleagues and check in when tasks have been completed. Lina’s not very available by phone, but we can always schedule a time to talk.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lina is very efficient and organized. Her knowledge surrounding medical insurance and legalities stands out, too. She’s very good at communication and always lets us know when a process needs to be updated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re happy that Lina’s working with us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to keep communication open and timely. Let Lina know when you need something so you can get on her queue as soon as possible; she’ll definitely get it done.
