What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Lina successfully got our whole team onto the EMR database and we can all use it independently. It’s been great. They also meet our needs in terms of getting the insurance invoices to our clients. Atlas Start’s work helped us onboard more clients.
Lina is really good to work with. A lot of times, patients can be sensitive when dealing with gynecological issues. There have been difficult situations and patients with tempers but Lina has been calm throughout. She’s very efficient and knowledgeable. She stays up to date with the language we use in the healthcare space.
How did Atlas Start perform from a project management standpoint?
When there’s a specific project, she’ll give us a calendar and a structure. In terms of communication, it’s pretty straightforward. We also have a task manager in our EMR database. We’re able to communicate with colleagues and check in when tasks have been completed. Lina’s not very available by phone, but we can always schedule a time to talk.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Lina is very efficient and organized. Her knowledge surrounding medical insurance and legalities stands out, too. She’s very good at communication and always lets us know when a process needs to be updated.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we’re happy that Lina’s working with us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to keep communication open and timely. Let Lina know when you need something so you can get on her queue as soon as possible; she’ll definitely get it done.
