ABS has been our Information Technology partner of record for over 30 years.  They have helped our business evolve, transform, and stay safe throughout our existence.  This has included network and workstation support, training, testing, analysis, security, cloud technology support and AI support.

Our companies have grown together over all these years.  The trust we've built has stood the test of time and change.

The team did a good job communicating and letting me know where the project stood. It took a little longer than expected due to some challenges on my end and a Microsoft disruption, but overall met my timeline need

They do a great job communicating and following through on commitments.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Advanced Business Solutions could have done differently?

For small, hourly projects, they need a model that doesn't require a salesperson, project manager and multiple steps to get to the end. It would have saved cost for something straightforward.
