I am the CTO and CEO of a software company with a mission to change the e-commerce industry. Our platform enables YouTubers, Bloggers, Managers of Facebook Groups, or Course Creators and Consultants to receive extra income and a branded tool on their name.

For what projects/services did your company hire Advance Idea Modules, and what were your goals?

we needed development regarding our UI, angular and a chrome extension plugin to scrap data. the goals where to follow design document (HLD) and to deliver new features + tests according to requirements, which they did very good

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

they pass all technical tests that we did (live meeting + home assignment) also before moving to difficult tasks I have tested their skills on a small project and saw that they deliver clean code, with tests and know how to work in a team as part of our Agile as members in out team

They follow HLD that we provided and where part of our local dev team, Agile in a three weeks sprints. They handled mostly UI tasks, features in Angular and did a great job.

Follow all our state management architecture, adding data to store, defining reducers and selectors and services communicating with server cross http. handle security issues involving tokens and complex polling mechanisms that where needed. refactor existing Angular application to be lazy loaded and unit tests. worked with steams to handle very big responses from server and implement pagination where needed. there where more features and they did and still doing a geate job

there where 3 people. fullstack developers one team lead to manage all tasks + development, and 2 developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

they did the job on time, delivered according to schedule and even worked extra hours to achieve the goal if need be.

They worked hard to meet deadlines and I appreciate it, they succeeded in their job communications over slack. Jira for task management. Github for pull requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

one impressive thing with them is the high learning ability, for example: there where several complex task that I thought that it will take 3 months to deliver and they did it in 3-4 weeks, their ability to go into new technologies that they do not have experience with, is very good and they do it very fast, they are mostly seniors with deep understanding in technology and architecture.

need to work less fast

Our company operate e-learning platform that help users to discover new courses and make their learning easy. My role is chief product officer.

We needed a help to accelerate the speed of product development. AIM helped us to improve our backend and frontend development and APIs.

- Create API for web Platform - Build separate front end platform - Develop new features

We did coding interview with vendor to understand their code quality and their understanding of requirements

In first month, they designed all the API that needed to created based on requirements In second month , they decoupled the front end and created separate code base for it . After that they integrated API to front end.

What was the team composition?

There are two developers. One is working on front end part and another is working on backend part and API.

The first version of web Platform was launched in 3 months. After that new features are added every month.

Vendor has great understanding of requirements. They know how to build things based on requirements. Both developers work together to complete the task.

Very easy to connect and explain the things. They are available anytime you contact them.

Need to learn new things to keep up with the latest trend.

We had a very good app, we was a little late on the schedule but this is becouse the project was really complex and was not easy to have a precise schedule
