We recently launched a new online course and wanted help advertising it as we didn't have much experience in the matter. Ad Tribe helped us set up our campaigns in Meta, provided weekly reports and insights to help us improve our campaign strategy.

Our lead generation campaigns delivered strong cost-per-lead results, allowing us to gather a significant number of leads. However, despite trying several strategies to improve our conversion rate, we didn’t achieve the outcomes we were aiming for.

They were consistently responsive to our needs, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. We expressed a desire to learn more about advertising, and the main person working on our account went above and beyond by filming Loom videos and sharing additional insights to help us understand the process better. This extra effort was incredibly helpful and much appreciated.

Throughout our collaboration, the team remained friendly and approachable, making the experience both productive and enjoyable.

While we did appreciate their work, there wasn't a particular aspect that stood out as especially unique or impressive.

One area that could benefit from improvement is providing more proactive guidance and strategic insights to help us enhance our campaign performance. While they did spend time trying to identify the underlying issues, we struggled to fully resolve them. Perhaps with more time, we might have seen the changes we were hoping for. Overall, we appreciated their efforts, but a bit more direction in refining our strategies would have been helpful.

AdTribe provides us with social media marketing (SMM) and PPC services. The team runs our Facebook and Google ads. Initially, we had an onboarding session where they asked for information about our business, competitors, products, and positioning. I gave them access to our Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics accounts and to our website. 

From there, AdTribe put together an ad strategy and plan. Currently, the team is working on executing that plan. The team has helped me create static assets and edit some videos, and I have provided them with some video content.

Thanks to AdTribe’s work, we’ve seen a traffic increase, and our Facebook ads have performed really well, with a strong ROAS on the ads the team has run. I’ve worked with other media buyers in the past, and AdTribe has performed significantly better than other providers. 

Moreover, AdTribe’s quality of work is really high. They take great care in thinking strategically about what their clients need. AdTribe is also very mindful of the budget; they don’t spend more than we’re willing to invest and partner with us when managing that spending.

They meet deadlines and stay within the budget. We use Slack for communication.

We started working with AdTribe because our ad performance had declined massively since the iOS 14 update & no matter what we tried, we did not succeed on our own, nor with the help of other advertising partners. Thankfully, Adtribe was recommended to us by another fashion label. After the initial setup, we started working on getting our MER & ROAS back up to profitability.

We managed to bring our MER back up to profitability, our AOV has increased over time, and the ROAS as well. We have also established a solid campaign framework, delivering outstanding results in the long run.

In terms of the return we are running self liquidating digital product funnels however AdTribe are currently able to run them at a profit for us - so extremely happy.

I think the value for money is absolutely exceptional, along with this their ability to operate very much autonomously has been amazing. I pretty much love everything about working with them though.

I mainly work with Natalia when it comes to communication and she communicates with her team internally to make sure my ads are managed at all times and she doesn't overlook any scaling potential. Last year my business grew by 500%. Ad Tribe helped me to reach 7-figures in this new business venture (low-ticket coaching and digital products for infopreneurs). With their help I grew from 150 to over 5000 paying monthly members. On average we have 2000 new customers across all offers every single month.

It's extremely easy. They have a great onboarding process and reporting. The daily communication happens in slack. They never forget anything. Sometimes I do and then they point me to it. They are extremely professional and efficient in their communication.

Dmitry went out of his way to provide value to us and I felt confident he and his team could deliver on their promises. Even though they are based in Ukraine and we have never worked with a Ukranian agency before, the good reviews on Clutch and the case studies of past clients they had re-assured us that they are trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Another big selling point was that they offered us a very competitive monthly rate to work together.

Onboarding was quick and we had our first ads running in no time. We shared a dropbox folder with creatives and some general info about our brand and products. With this material they restructured the ad account and created completely new campaigns and ad sets for different funnel stages with tests built in to find out which combination of copy and creative would work best.

After a few weeks their campaigns started outperforming our old campaigns so we turned the old ones off.

Our revenue increased directly the first month we started working together. Our average Marketing Efficiency ratio (Total Revenue / Ad spend) for all the time working together was 4.5 and we see the potential of it further improving in the coming months.

We have a shared Slack channel where every Monday they post performance reports. Our Media Buyer is available for questions every day and all in all our requests for changes are done quickly.

Even though war started recently in Ukraine recently they remain available in Slack 24/7 and continue to do a good job. Also with the changing advertising landscape currently they are learning and adapting constantly. Every month, they understand our brand and audience better, resulting in better quality work.

In the beginning the ads they created where not really on brand visually. After some feedback rounds they got the vibe and now all is good.
