Currently, the team is working on executing that plan. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? Thanks to AdTribe’s work, we’ve seen a traffic increase, and our Facebook ads have performed really well, with a strong ROAS on the ads the team has run. I’ve worked with other media buyers in the past, and AdTribe has performed significantly better than other providers. Moreover, AdTribe’s quality of work is really high. They take great care in thinking strategically about what their clients need. AdTribe is also very mindful of the budget; they don’t spend more than we’re willing to invest and partner with us when managing that spending. How did AdTribe perform from a project management standpoint?They meet deadlines and stay within the budget. Even though they are based in Ukraine and we have never worked with a Ukranian agency before, the good reviews on Clutch and the case studies of past clients they had re-assured us that they are trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Another big selling point was that they offered us a very competitive monthly rate to work together.

Onboarding was quick and we had our first ads running in no time. We shared a dropbox folder with creatives and some general info about our brand and products. After a few weeks their campaigns started outperforming our old campaigns so we turned the old ones off.

At the start (several years ago) we were working closely with the principal. The team has since expanded to an account manager who handles routine updates, reporting, project management, and coordination. They also have ad specialists which work on our account as well for implementation of ads.

We definitely have not maximized the opportunity but I would say that they strike a good balance between cost-effectiveness and performance. Definitely a good agency for websites starting out who dont have a huge marketing budget and can't spend $3-5k/month on a retainer.

They send weekly performance reports in Slack along with tracking ad performance for each channel. Theyve really improved their reporting recently, and are on top of our account and typically pretty responsive without major communication gaps. Generally speaking they are pretty hands off and it really helps we dont have to put a ton of time into micro-managing the relationship or following up to make sure things get done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Theyve been great at working with low budgets and making sure we can get positive overall ROI - not just a good ROAS that is ruined when you take into account their fees. I've been pretty happy about the communication, quality of work, cost, and general performance.

There have been a couple times when budgets have run away and not been shut down quickly enough until I call it out, and occasionally the ad copy is a little non-native sounding & oddly translated. We looked at various companies that provided this social media retargeting service and spoke to various representatives of such companies. AdTribe had a good record of experience in this field and we felt very comfortable with the knowledge and know-how of the people we spoke with.

The project focuses on taking some of our online leads and registrations and retargeting them to convert leads into registrations and registered users into purchasers. Ads would be created and/or promoted through Facebook and targeted to these individuals. Specific ads would be created for different regions of the world, depending on our target. At the end of each week we would then review registrations and purchases to see how each campaign is working.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I believe we had three resources from AdTribe work on our project. There may have been more in the background, but three that I had direct contact with. The first is the president, Dmitry, who strategized with us and gave us very good and practical advice. The other is an account executive named Andrii who has been very "on-top" of our account also giving ongoing strategy and working with us on other aspects of our business where we needed help.
Finally, we worked with Michael (a senior developer) who helped us adjust some of the code on our site and tracking within our analytics software so that we could track the success of the campaign.

Since we started working with AdTribe we have seen a steady climb of registrations and purchases from the Facebook medium. It has been successful to date.

I think it was very effective. We would discuss and agree strategy at the start of the month. Once agreed they would implement the strategy. The initial set up took a bit of time to figure out the best approach, but after that it has been very smooth with little time and effort from our side (other than re-strategizing or tweaking some language on the campaigns).

The most impressive attribute of the AdTribe team is their dedication to our account. They always want to improve their retargeting results and are working with us to continue tweaking it.

We provided them with content to use, and then they executed and managed the ads from there.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The ROI from the project has been really satisfying to see from all of the different ad campaigns they’re running. Our engagement and impressions have been good across the board, so we are very pleased with what they’re doing.

How did AdTribe perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a great job with project management. We communicated mostly on Slack, and they’re very responsive whenever we request something or ask any questions. Their team is also good about making suggestions and asking for what they need in order to deliver the best work to us, which we really appreciate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve worked with other social media managers before and didn’t have a good experience. It felt like we didn’t know where our money was going, and that has not been the case with AdTribe at all. They are really on top of measuring all of our spending and explaining exactly how that translates into the return.

We started working together in January 2020 and are still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Prior to working with them, we were receiving roughly $10,000 monthly revenue. In the first month of working together we had $25,000, then $30,000 in the second month, and $50,000 in the third month. Last month, our projection was $60,000 but we actually hit $207,000 in sales. Their ads work so well that my challenge is now to keep up with inventory. There’s a high conversion rate of customers.

How did AdTribe perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re available 24/7, and we communicate via Slack. Dmitry and I have one channel for direct communication, and there’s another channel that includes the entire team. The AdTribe team is cohesive and grasps what I ask of them. I put content on Google Drive, and they keep up with everything. They’re proactive and send reports to me. I don’t have to ask for anything or even tell them which ads to put up; they reach out to me.

They’re dedicated, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. Their team took the time to get to know our brand so they could target the ads to the right customers who’d convert.

316% higher revenue and a 32% higher ROAS, indicating a much more successful advertising campaign during that period. 
Our client had good results on their Facebook ad account before us, but they wanted to take their advertising efforts to the next level. They approached us to help scale their ad account and increase their return on ad spend (ROAS).
We identified November and December as an ideal period for scaling their ad account, as their product is a popular gift item during the holiday season. Despite the common trend of decreasing ROAS with increased ad spend, we were able to scale Facebook ads while maintaining their desired ROAS successfully.
The main driver of our success in scaling their Facebook ad account was undoubtedly the combination of high demand, great product, and competitive pricing. However, we also identified key opportunities to optimize their ad campaigns for better results.
In addition to timing our ad campaigns to coincide with Black Friday and Christmas sales, we suggested running evergreen campaigns alongside these specific sales campaigns. This decision proved to be instrumental in helping us scale the ad account significantly. We found that ads that did not mention the sales offers actually performed better in the German market, which demonstrated the importance of a diverse range of ad campaigns beyond just offer-based ones.

Although we utilized multilingual ads, we separated our campaigns by each top-performing country to better control ad spend and achieve better results. This approach also enabled us to use localized creatives, which helped to further improve campaign performance.

To capitalize on higher consumer demand during weekends, we made a strategic decision to increase its advertising budget for these peak purchasing days. This approach allowed us to leverage higher demand and maximize sales potential effectively.
Understanding the importance of generating anticipation and early sales, we launched a pre-order sale offer for its upcoming collection. This marketing tactic created a sense of exclusivity and urgency among customers, compelling them to make purchases in advance. By incentivizing early buyers, we successfully created a buzz around this brand and products, resulting in a significant boost in revenue before the collection was even released.

In a quest for growth, we ventured into new markets by testing different countries.


### Clothing brand (FB/IG, Google)
Our client was struggling to increase their sales and revenue through their ad account.
We identified areas that needed improvement and created a plan to optimize advertising campaigns. We started by defining the target audience and their preferences, which allowed us to create messaging and ad creatives that resonated with them. We used a combination of ad formats, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize the account's potential.

Our advertising efforts helped YAHMO to achieve a desirable return on ad spend (ROAS), expand their customer base beyond their local market, and increase their sales and revenue. The optimized ad account and targeted advertising campaigns helped to reach a wider audience and attract new customers from different countries in the European Union.


### Clothing brand (FB/IG, TikTok)
Initially, this brand relied heavily on organic TikTok content to generate profits. However, after we took over their advertising campaigns, we started from scratch and achieved a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2.9 within the first few months. Over the next three months, we tripled their ad spend and implemented a more advanced campaign structure.

We also expanded their advertising reach by transferring their TikTok videos to Reels and launching ads on this placement. Through the use of SparkAds, one of the most natural and organic advertising tools, we were able to increase engagement significantly and the number of TikTok followers for the brand.


### Apparel (FB/IG)
To create effective Facebook ads for this client, we focused on using Dynamic Creatives with “urgency”, customer satisfaction reviews, photos that showcase the quality and uniqueness of the brand's apparel, and a special offer to incentivize customers to make a purchase.

As per the client's request, they wanted to expand their email list as well. Hence, we created a separate campaign and got 1731 sign-up (the cost per sign-up is $0.16) from it.


### Jewelry (FB/IG)
We started from scratch. The ad account didn’t have any data. In order to warm up the account and collect retargeting audiences, we launched Traffic campaign, Video Views and Engagement campaign. In one month, we started running Conversion campaign.
During 6 months and have identified the best-selling item: the skull ring with the trucker hat.
After testing, we found that the best-performing creatives are black and white videos with online commentary and high-quality images.

As a result, we achieved higher ROAS and lower CPC sales than previous ads.


### Jewelry (FB/IG)
Main goal here was to increase the number of new customers. Since selling jewelry to the cold audience is challenging due to high competition, we decided to take a creative approach.
We launched Video View campaigns with eye-catching engagement videos and started collecting audience of video viewers.
After we collected enough audience, we started retargeting them with offer "15% Off for your first order"
We also launched Catalog Sales campaign for retargeting;

We launched Google ads. We defined a few popular product categories and created Search and Pmax campaigns around them;

Scaling from Scratch to Thousands in Ad Spend Across Paid Media Channels. 
This client had never run ads before, relying solely on organic sales to grow their business. However, they wanted to expand their reach beyond New Jersey and conquer the entire USA. To achieve this, they approached us for help in scaling their ad account.
We successfully managed to scale their ad account, achieving a desirable return on ad spend (ROAS). Our advertising efforts helped to reach a wider audience, resulting in increased sales and revenue.

Additionally, we were successful in promoting them on other platforms beyond Facebook, such as Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Google. By utilizing a combination of strategic targeting and creative ad campaigns, we were able to achieve significant growth for the brand and improve their overall online presence.


### Chocolates (FB/IG)
We streamlined our campaigns and implemented more precise targeting strategies, resulting in a significant improvement. Initially, our return on ad spend (ROAS) was 0.67. To enhance our campaign structure, we made some changes. We consolidated our campaigns to have a single test campaign at level 1, combining levels 2 and 3 into another campaign. We also focused on including elements that were performing well in the level 1 campaign.
Subsequently, we created specific ad sets for birthdays, testing various ad copies specifically tailored for this occasion. We also developed an ad set for weddings, incorporating wedding-themed hooks into the ad copies. These modifications yielded positive results.

As a result, our ROAS increased to 1.96, and our media efficiency ratio (MER) reached 2+, meeting our client's objectives.


### Maternity products (FB/IG)
We were able to introduce the brand to the Australian market and generate significant interest from potential customers.
Our efforts to increase the AOV of our client's business were successful. Through a combination of strategic changes, we were able to increase their AOV to $90+. This had a significant impact on their overall revenue and profitability.
By changing their product offering, we were able to offer more high-end and premium products that customers were willing to pay a higher price for. By testing different creatives, we were able to find the right messaging that resonated with customers and encouraged them to spend more per order.

Improving the user experience on their website also had a significant impact. By making it easy for customers to find and purchase products, we were able to reduce cart abandonment rates and encourage more customers to complete their purchases.

In March we increased our revenue after the slow months of January and February. We were able to scale our ads once we added UGC-style videos made by the influencers (although we played with the voiceover to be able to test various hooks).

When we started, the AOV was $19.99 (the cost of one pair of socks). After testing different offers, we managed to increase our AOV to $30-$35 + we raised the shipping threshold which helped the brand not to lose money while doing free shipping.


### Cosmetics (FB/IG)
This Brand has a few most popular product categories. So we build out campaigns around them. We launched a campaign for Hair Products, Vitamin C collection, and Bath Bombs.
Additionally, we identified the top-performing audience as women seeking gifts. We crafted targeted ads for this group, incorporating messages such as "Searching for the perfect gift?" and featuring images that reflect various occasions, like birthdays, baby showers, and more.

Another focus was on discount offers. The client created a special landing page for Daily Deals. We launched separate campaign Daily Deals, with the offer “Up To 40% Off”. This is also one of the best-performing campaigns.


### Cosmetics (Google)
We launched Branded campaign and upgrade Shopping campaign to Performance max. These campaigns have the best-performing results.

In order to increase the number of new customers, we also launched Non-branded campaigns. We created Dynamic Search ads for most popular products: Hair Bars, Body Butters and general campaign for main page.


### High-quality hair extensions (FB/IG)
Our client has a successful business in Switzerland and they approached us to help grow their presence in other German-speaking countries such as Germany and Austria. We conducted deep market research to identify their strengths and weaknesses, in order to leverage the former and improve the latter.
We began our campaign by testing various types of ads, including dynamic creative using both videos and images, single-image ads, video ads, carousel ads, and collection ads. We observed that video ads significantly outperformed all the others, so we focused on creating engaging videos. We collaborated directly with the client, as well as influencers and video creators, to establish a content creation process. This helped us determine the best-performing ads, hooks, and angles. Using our large content library, we used our best assets to expand to Germany and Austria.

Our main objective is to continually test new videos for cold audiences and upsell existing customers with new products. Our client's goal was to achieve a ROAS of 5, and we have been able to achieve this month-by-month


### High-quality hair extensions (TikTok)
Our client has a successful business in Switzerland. We have been running ads across Facebook since 2021. Having achieved great results on that platform, we also suggested expanding our presence on TikTok. The client had never run ads on TikTok before, so we started from scratch.
Our initial plan was to test the best-performing creatives from Facebook, but they didn't work. They looked too promotional and not aligned with TikTok specifics. Therefore, we conducted thorough competitor research, determined our benefits, and highlighted how we stand out from other similar businesses. Additionally, we picked a few current trends on TikTok and used viral sounds. Based on that, we created new videos tailored specifically for TikTok. Shortly after, we started to get sales, but the Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) wasn't as great as on Facebook.

Thus, we decided to keep the concept but test other audiences. We started with Broad and Purchase-Intention audiences, alongside interest-based (hair extensions). The latter one showed promising results. We turned off all the rest and scaled a winning ad set. This approach worked, and since then, we mainly use this audience while constantly refreshing video creatives using the current TikTok trend.


### Home Decor (FB/IG)
We implemented a comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising strategy. This included testing a variety of creatives, ad copies, campaign types, and optimizations to find the most effective approach for this client.
One of the key elements of the campaign was developing high-quality visuals that showcased the unique and abstract metal sculptures offered by the client. Our agency used a combination of lifestyle photos, close-ups of individual sculptures, and videos to create engaging and eye-catching ads that would stand out in users' feeds.
We also implemented A/B testing to improve the campaign's performance continually. This involved testing different ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to find the most effective approach for each ad set.

Additionally, we utilized dynamic product ads for retargeting users who had visited the website but had not yet made a purchase. This helped to increase conversions by showing users the exact products they had viewed on the website, along with related products that they might be interested in.


### Travel deals (FB/IG)
Prior to launching our campaigns, the client employed boosted posts and simple ads to generate website traffic and promote their travel offers. However, both CAPI and AEM were not configured properly, and the client lacked an understanding of advertising goals and optimization strategies. We assisted in configuring AEM to enhance result tracking and verified the Pixel Events setup to ensure that we could monitor not only leads but also completed registrations on the site.
Our current KPI is to ensure that registration costs do not exceed $8, which we have successfully maintained for over six months, with an average CPA of $4.56.
Initially, we concentrated on giveaways that required a subscription as the primary condition, which generated low-cost leads. However, they were not interested in pricier travel offers.

Our current strategy revolves around advertising various travel offers, particularly high-end cruises. While more expensive, this approach generates high-quality subscribers.


### Newsletters (FB/IG)
The client aimed to scale from $25k to $75k while keeping CPL at $1.2-$1.7.
Prior to launching our campaigns, the client boosted posts and ran ads to generate website traffic. After starting our cooperation, we managed to scale up to $50k while keeping the targeted CPL or even less, which allowed us to scale up to $90k per month.

Despite the fact that this brand receives constant warnings of Facebook policy violations, we managed to achieve such great results.


### Aesthetics products (FB/IG)
We started work with this client almost from scratch. We implemented the following campaign structure:
Level 1 - targeting cold traffic (exclude all previous engagers and buyers). Testing interest-based targeting, Lookalike Audiences, and broad audiences (without targeting).
Level 2 - retargeting warm traffic (FB/IG engagers, website visitors who didn’t convert).
Level 3 - retargeting people who opened a product page or added the product to the cart but didn’t buy.
Level 4 - cross-sell previous customers with new products, discounts, etc.

We’ve tested many interest-based audiences alongside with lookalikes. And we defined that best-performing audience is 2% Lookalike of website engagers.


### Supplements (Google)
The brand was the way new in the market when we started working with it. That means that there wasn’t a search volume for brand keywords.
Our approach began with two non-brand search campaigns. Over the span of a few weeks, we launched a Performance Max campaign as well. Additionally, we provided suggestions to enhance the landing page's effectiveness.
Upon realizing that our branded keywords were surfacing in the Search Terms report, we proceeded to launch a dedicated Branded campaign.

We decided to switch out the landing page in the Performance Max campaign with a new one. This alteration led to the initiation of sales generation.


### Swimming lessons (FB/IG)
Starting from scratch, we successfully launched the leads-generating campaigns for our client, conquering new locations in West Hills and Miami. During the first months, our goals were to get Leads with a trial offer - CPL approx $25. We were running two types of campaigns - Website leads (leads that are generated from the form on the website) and Fb lead forms (leads that are generated from the Fb lead form, that we created).
Our strategic approach to paid advertising allowed us to reach new audiences and increase brand awareness, resulting in significant growth for the company. Also, we reduced the CPL for both of our locations from $25 to approx $11.
The challenge was to launch a new lead-generating campaign (Website leads and Facebook leads) for our client in West Hills and Miami locations and then launch the campaigns on the TikTok platform. The goal was to generate leads with a trial offer with a cost-per-lead (CPL) of approximately $25 and less.
Within our cooperation, we were able to generate over 1,955 leads, with a CPL of $11.01. The website leads accounted for 15% of the total leads, while FB lead forms contributed to the remaining 85%. The conversion rate for both the website leads and FB lead forms was excellent, with over 65% of leads booking the free trial lesson.

We continued to refine the campaign by conducting A/B tests and optimizing the landing pages and ad creatives. As a result, the CPL dropped from $25 to $11.50, while the conversion rate increased to over 65%.


### Automotive (FB/IG)
Starting from scratch, we successfully launched a paid advertising campaign for our client, conquering new markets in Nigeria and Ghana. Despite expanding into these new regions, we still achieved great results from our main market in the USA. Our strategic approach to paid advertising allowed us to reach new audiences and increase brand awareness, resulting in significant growth for the company. We are proud to have helped our client expand into new markets while continuing to see success in their core market.

Our campaigns were designed to drive new registrations and encourage users to make deposits, which are required to participate in auctions. Our goal was to convert these new registrations into active users who use our platform to purchase used vehicles. We successfully achieved a 70% conversion rate for users who made deposits, indicating a high level of engagement and interest in our platform.


### Financial services (TikTok)
We utilized dynamic, informative, and entertaining videos to generate leads through ads on TikTok. Our efforts spanned nine months, from March to November 2022. During this period, we invested 11,390.13 AUD and successfully generated 3,609 leads. The cost per lead was 3.16 AUD, significantly lower than the targeted KPI of 11 AUD.
