We hired AdTribe to run our social media marketing on both Facebook and Instagram. The scope included designing and running ads, and generating USG for use in advertising. The scope then expanded to include email marketing in order to increase customer lifetime value.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest measurable was an increase in ROAS (return on ad spend) and MER (marketing efficiency ratio) and, indirectly, an increase in sales. Adtribe continuously considers and implements new ways of achieving this and we have seen increases that we are happy with. During high volume times (holidays,) we see very stong numbers, which is a good sign of our growth.

There is always one or two people assigned to my account and they are very responsive (usually right away, but maximum of 12 hours) I have no problem communicating back and forth via messages on topics that require more discussion. The owner, Dmitry, is very responsive if there is a need to go over anything with him.
