We have used AdSquad for several years, and we have always been pleased with their service and their ability to pivot (anyone else have production/sales issues from Covid or tariffs?). They've always been responsive and quick to make changes when we need them, handling our online marketing.

We are at 200% revenue over last year at this time. Additionally, when we used them for a Black Friday campaign, not only did we sell out of all of our product, they also made changes to that successful sale that enabled us to do a pre-sale that paid for our cost for our next shipment.

I've worked with AdSquad now with two companies. They have always delivered on time and answer all of our questions. They are also proactive in noticing trends in our sales that require a change of some sort - tweaking the audience parameters, changing our email strategy, etc.

Since partnering with them, our online revenue has increased by 50%, and we are currently on track to double our e-commerce growth since 2022. Their scope includes paid advertising strategy and execution, creative development, performance analytics, and ongoing optimization across digital platforms.

While no agency is perfect, Adsquad consistently demonstrates accountability and a genuine commitment to our success. They are proactive, constantly testing and improving, and bring fresh ideas to the table rather than relying on static strategies.

We hired Adsquad to scale our business and help us deal with transiition all our courses to online post COVID.  We were running monthly courses, feeling burnt out and stressed.  AdSquad helped us orgnaize our backend through Go High Level and helped us create a way to work more efficently with room to grow.  Ad Squad does everythign from stragey to building out landing pages, basically whatever we need to fill gaps in our current business.

Working with AdSquad was super smooth. They were always on top of deadlines and delivered everything on time—even when we threw a few curveballs their way.

What really stood out was how quick and flexible they were. If we needed something last-minute, had changes to a campaign, or ran into a tech issue, they jumped on it right away and made it happen.

They kept things organized without making it complicated. Weekly check-ins were clear and helpful, and their updates made it easy for our team to stay in the loop. It honestly felt like they were part of our own crew.

Meta Ads launch for the workshop funnel. The goal was to achieve positive ROMI in the first 90 days.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, the campaign did not yield any positive or measurable outcomes. The ad creatives used at launch were misaligned with our new funnel, resulting in low engagement and conversion rates. 
The new creatives produced by AdSquad performed 4x worse than our existing ones. No improvements in lead quality, cost per lead, or conversion rates were achieved during the engagement.

Project management was disappointing. Key onboarding calls were postponed multiple times, which delayed the campaign launch by nearly a week. The team was often unresponsive, missed scheduled meetings, and demonstrated low engagement with the project. 
Deliverables were either late or lacked the necessary quality and alignment with our goals. Most of the communication was reactive, and we had to repeatedly request updates and support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The initial sales process and communication with the founder, Justin, were promising. During our early conversations, he demonstrated confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong understanding of marketing strategy, which gave us high hopes for the collaboration. Unfortunately, that level of expertise did not carry through to the execution phase with the broader team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AdSquad could have done differently?

AdSquad could significantly improve by investing more time in onboarding and truly understanding each client’s funnel, product, and audience before launching campaigns. Better internal communication, timely deliverables, and a proactive approach to optimization and problem-solving would have made a major difference. Deeper involvement and accountability are essential for projects that require a tailored strategy.

Justin immediately got to work and fixed all our issues while keeping us informed with recorded videos of what was fixed and how. Justin went into a lot of detail with all his work which was very impressive and it was super nice being kept updated a long the way.

Justin delivered everything he promised on time and went even further helping with other small issues he found needing to be completed. We will use Justin and Adsquad from here on out and look forward to it.

The most impressive thing is Justin and Adsquad kept us updated every time a matter was resolved with videos. If something was needed from us, Justin would film a video showing what he needed and how to retrieve it for him. Anybody lucky enough to work with Adsquad will find out exactly why they were a great business to work with.

Absolutely nothing. It is very hard to find help these days online and knowing you are getting your moneys worth. Adsquad was flawless and there approach to helping others online is un beatable.
