We have used AdSquad for several years, and we have always been pleased with their service and their ability to pivot (anyone else have production/sales issues from Covid or tariffs?). They've always been responsive and quick to make changes when we need them, handling our online marketing.

We are at 200% revenue over last year at this time. Additionally, when we used them for a Black Friday campaign, not only did we sell out of all of our product, they also made changes to that successful sale that enabled us to do a pre-sale that paid for our cost for our next shipment.

Meta Ads launch for the workshop funnel. The goal was to achieve positive ROMI in the first 90 days.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, the campaign did not yield any positive or measurable outcomes. The ad creatives used at launch were misaligned with our new funnel, resulting in low engagement and conversion rates. 
The new creatives produced by AdSquad performed 4x worse than our existing ones. No improvements in lead quality, cost per lead, or conversion rates were achieved during the engagement.

Project management was disappointing. Key onboarding calls were postponed multiple times, which delayed the campaign launch by nearly a week. The team was often unresponsive, missed scheduled meetings, and demonstrated low engagement with the project. 
Deliverables were either late or lacked the necessary quality and alignment with our goals. Most of the communication was reactive, and we had to repeatedly request updates and support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The initial sales process and communication with the founder, Justin, were promising. During our early conversations, he demonstrated confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong understanding of marketing strategy, which gave us high hopes for the collaboration. Unfortunately, that level of expertise did not carry through to the execution phase with the broader team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AdSquad could have done differently?

AdSquad could significantly improve by investing more time in onboarding and truly understanding each client’s funnel, product, and audience before launching campaigns. Better internal communication, timely deliverables, and a proactive approach to optimization and problem-solving would have made a major difference. Deeper involvement and accountability are essential for projects that require a tailored strategy.

The most impressive thing is Justin and Adsquad kept us updated every time a matter was resolved with videos. If something was needed from us, Justin would film a video showing what he needed and how to retrieve it for him. Anybody lucky enough to work with Adsquad will find out exactly why they were a great business to work with.

Absolutely nothing. It is very hard to find help these days online and knowing you are getting your moneys worth. Adsquad was flawless and there approach to helping others online is un beatable.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our ad account now works and is fully functional. We tracked ROAS on Meta and Google Ads and ROI of the lead generation project. However, no metrics would really display success because, ultimately, the ad account didn't grow and wasn't successful. AdSquad was always very helpful to us and worked very hard to figure out how to help us grow. We just never got the projects to be financially viable on the iSlide side, unfortunately.

How did AdSquad perform from a project management standpoint?

AdSquad always delivered on time according to the project specifications. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team was awesome. They were really helpful, enthusiastic, and responsive. AdSquad was very committed to helping us and went above and beyond to make sure we were being serviced appropriately. The team did more than they had to, outside of the parameters of their projects and responsibilities, to get us as successful as they possibly could. I was also impressed by their level of expertise and dedication. AdSquad are true industry experts and know a lot about many different areas of e-commerce that other agencies don't extend to.
