We needed to upgrade our app screen shots for the Apple and Google app store product pages, as well as including an app preview video. AdShop provided storyboards and the overall design for these two deliverables, as well as a very professional video with great animation and screen transitions.

Our app product page - specifically the app screen shots and preview video - is the primary point of conversion for users to download our app. We needed to ensure our value proposition was clearly outlined in the screen shots and app preview video, in a way that captured a users attention very quickly. AdShop exceeded our expectations with these deliverables.

The communication was through the FIverr app messaging tool. The team were extremely responsive and proactive, offering updates on the status of the project and replying to my feedback and questions very quickly. I was impressed with the level communication.

To create an explanatory video for a new product launch - An tool to create your own AI art poster. About 20 seconds length, should be possible be split in 3 separate parts so each part could work on it's own explainign the three steps in how to use the product. Very fluid and simple animations as it needed to work well in 1:1 on mobile.

The project was delivered in time with a couple of revisions included. The script we had delivered was followed extremely close with very good communication and updates along the way, sending over drafts when available for approval/adjustments.

Everything was delivered in time with a margin. Extremely good communication (despite 10+ hours time difference) and they were clearly going the extra mile to ensure their customers were happy.

We launched the iOS and Android products on App Store and Google Play, but did not have enough knowledge of marketing each store. They worked on App Store Optimization on each store for keywords, descriptions, titles, screenshots, etc. They also created videos to attract visitors. We hope to have our product to be listed in a better position.

As it takes time to conclude the effect of ASO, we have not had any measurable outcomes yet. However, with their suggestion, we are getting to know where to tweak and why to do, so for a long term, I am sure that we can get better outcomes.

They responded quickly and honestly for our questions, so everything went smoothly.

We were looking to outsource the video production, and reached out to 5 freelancers. Sent a message to each and choose Appsposure based on good reviews, and good communication, as well as a good fit to what we needed.

After sending out all the materials Appsposure sent a story board for our review. After approving the story board, Appsposure sent us 2 drafts of the video for our review. Then sending out comments on the drafts, after which the final version was sent to us for a final approval. The result was a high quality video, which complimented our app store listing.

We worked together to create a video that fits our brand well, to create a high quality video, that show cases our app with good visuals and sounds.

Our in-house team of designers was very impressed with the video. We are very confidante it will benefit our app store listing.

We have yet to see the progress of the outcome, as it’s far too early to gather metrics.

Their founder was a pleasure to work with. He was able to address our brand's needs by making suggestions to the script we presented.

I liked the outcome the most and was pleasantly surprised at how professional it turned out. The transitions were eye-popping and looked as though they were made by a company that would charge several thousands of dollars more than what we paid.

I believe we could’ve gone over the script a few more times to address not just the quality of the video (which was near-perfect) but to see how it could stand out more for our target demographic.

Initially, I did some research on companies offering a similar service. While some of them had great portfolios, they did not have transparent pricing plans on their websites. I did more digging and found Appsposure’s website and their Fiverr Pro listing. When I contacted them, I got a pleasant response from Josh (Owner, Appsposure).

I'm self-employed and working solo, so the workflow is fairly straightforward. I work directly with Josh to address all of my requirements, and he delivers on his promises.

The communication has been top-notch. I rarely find a company that communicates the way they do

They should optimize the image size of the screenshots before uploading, which would allow me to download them faster.

We hired them for app store optimization (ASO), professional screenshots, and preview videos for the App Store. The project is very important to our store rankings and volume of downloads. They did amazing research and found the perfect keywords to improve our visibility. Before their involvement, our screenshots were very basic. Now, they match our brand and represent us well.

We wanted to show potential users how our company works and the benefits our app provides. The ultimate goal was to obtain more downloads and increase our user base.

How did you select this vendor?

I found them on Fiverr. We hadn't found many vendors who made professional preview videos, nor did we have anyone we could trust to research keywords and support our ASO efforts. Appsposure listened to our needs, took our feedback into consideration, and was the best vendor we found.

They were very friendly and took time to understand exactly what we needed. The screenshots only took a few days, and we went through a couple revisions before everything was perfect. Once we finished the screenshots, they joined us again to make a preview video. They recorded and edited all the footage, and revised it once or twice until we were satisfied.

We only dealt with the CEO. I'm not sure exactly how big the team was on their side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the app was updated on the App Store and Google Play Store, we immediately got 3000-4000 new downloads. The preview video really helped users understand what our app could do, and our ratings increased significantly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our interactions were blissfully good. They were always very helpful, and didn't mind when we asked to make revisions to the screenshots and the preview video. We never had to bother them, and they updated us regularly. Communcation was through Fiverr and Skype, and they always messaged us if there were any issues or if they had any questions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication is definitely impressive. We've worked with other vendors who were nowhere near as communicative as they are.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I rarely say this, but nothing needed improvement. I will continue to work with them in the future.
