What challenge were you trying to address with Ads Town?

We needed help increasing qualified player acquisition through paid advertising and affiliate campaigns. We also wanted to grow our first-time deposits (FTDs) and registered users.

Ads Town has set up and managed our paid advertising campaigns on Google, social media, native platforms, and programmatic advertising. The team has also created ads and landing pages. Our typical KPIs are growth in active users, FTDs, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Ads Town has increased our registered user signups through targeted digital acquisition campaigns. The team has also grown our FTDs and active betting users. Ads Town has improved our conversion rates on landing pages and registration funnels. The team has reduced our CPA through campaign optimization and achieved a higher ROAS across paid media channels. Our CPA has dropped by 30%, and our daily signups have increased to 500–1,000, depending on our spending.

We brought Jay on board when our user acquisition costs were getting out of hand, and it turned out to be a great decision. He took our $50,000 budget across Meta ads, brand awareness, and WhatsApp campaigns and brought in far more users than we expected, with the cost per acquisition dropping steadily over time.
