On Meta, they built full account stracture from A to Z. They audited and rebuilt our campaigns on both platforms, cleaned up structures and exclusions, and put proper tracking in place, including Meta Pixel with Conversions API, GA4 events, and consistent UTMs. They also set up and maintain our Google Merchant Center and Meta catalog so our feeds stay healthy and our product ads run smoothly.

On the Google side, deeper feed optimization rules for titles, GTIN hygiene, image testing and more proactive Performance Max insights would be great. They took time to understand our business model and market, not just executing a cookie cutter campaign. The YouTube content strategy especially showed they were thinking long term about brand building, not just short-term conversions.
