They optimized our 500+ product catalog for Google Shopping and set up Smart Shopping campaigns to capture high-intent buyers.  On Meta, they ran targeted campaigns for mid-project renovators and used retargeting to capture impulse buys also made full customer acquisition funnel.  They built product bundles combining complementary items, which significantly increased our average order value. Set up a loyalty rewards program to encourage repeat purchases within 60 days.

What really stood out was their understanding of e-commerce psychology. They didn't just run ads  they thought about the entire customer journey. The impulse buy strategy targeting mid-project renovators was genius. They also got that building community through reviews and educational content would be as valuable as paid ads.

They took time to understand our business model and market, not just executing a cookie cutter campaign. The YouTube content strategy especially showed they were thinking long term about brand building, not just short-term conversions. That combination of data driven strategy with creative thinking is rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ads That Matters could have done differently?

No major issues. They executed everything really well and hit all our goals. If anything, they could have started testing TikTok earlier to reach younger homeowners, but honestly the results on Google and Meta were so strong it didn't matter much.
