Ads That Matters manages our full-funnel performance marketing for Homazing.pk across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google with a clear focus on profitable growth. We began by aligning on hard business targets—acceptable CPA, product margins, AOV, and priority SKUs—and turned those into a practical testing roadmap. They audited and rebuilt our campaigns on both platforms, cleaned up structures and exclusions, and put proper tracking in place, including Meta Pixel with Conversions API, GA4 events, and consistent UTMs. They also set up and maintain our Google Merchant Center and Meta catalog so our feeds stay healthy and our product ads run smoothly.

Day to day, the team runs a disciplined mix of Google Search, Performance Max/Shopping, and high-intent remarketing alongside Meta prospecting, Advantage+ Shopping, catalog sales, and retargeting. Creative testing is continuous—static, carousels, and UGC-style raw videos in Urdu/Roman Urdu and English—so we’re always learning which hooks, offers, and formats move the needle. They share landing-page suggestions when needed (bundles, trust signals, COD vs prepaid nudges) and reallocate spend quickly to winning SKUs while keeping us within our CPA guardrails.

Reporting and communication are straightforward. We receive a weekly performance update covering ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, spend, and top products, plus the next actions for the coming week; once a month we review the bigger picture and adjust budgets and priorities. They’ve also built out remarketing and recovery flows to improve repeat purchases and convert warm traffic more efficiently. Overall, the engagement combines strategy, execution, and transparent measurement, and has given us a reliable system for testing, scaling, and sustaining profitable orders.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the first 3 months, we grew monthly orders from 100 to 200, lifted blended ROAS from 4.5× to 6.0×, and reduced CPA by ~20% while keeping AOV around PKR 1,500. Site conversion rate improved from 1.5% to 2.0%. Google Performance Max now contributes ~20% of revenue at ~6.5× ROAS. On Meta, the new structure and retargeting cut CPA on our top SKUs by ~30%. Remarketing-driven purchases grew ~300%, COD confirmation improved by ~10 percentage points, and we scaled ad spend by ~200% without breaking unit economics.

From the start, they shared a clear weekly plan, posted status updates on WhatsApp, and held a short review call to confirm priorities and budgets. Campaign builds, feed fixes, and tracking tasks were delivered on time, and ad experiments were launched within 24–48 hours of approval. During promos, they were proactive—flagging feed disapprovals or tracking issues early and proposing workarounds before performance dipped. When we needed extra creatives, they set realistic timelines, confirmed us, and kept us informed until everything shipped. Overall, communication has been quick and practical, and they’ve consistently responded to our requests with actionable next steps rather than long explanations.

What stood out was their discipline and honesty. They run a genuine test and learn program, clear hypotheses, quick iterations, and fast pivots when something doesn’t work—without hiding behind vanity metrics. They also understand the realities of Pakistani e-commerce and tailor creatives and targeting accordingly, which many agencies overlook. The combination of transparent reporting, proactive budget reallocation, and practical, locally informed advice felt unique and made us trust their recommendations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ads That Matters could have done differently?

We had a strong experience overall, and the few gaps are mostly about speed and depth during peak periods. In mega sales like 11.11/12.12, we’d like faster creative turnarounds ready in advance. A simple CRO “playbook” with reusable landing blocks and offer templates would also help us move quicker. On the Google side, deeper feed optimization rules for titles, GTIN hygiene, image testing and more proactive Performance Max insights would be great. Finally, a lightweight forecast each month expected spend, CPA, ROAS, and required inventory for top SKUs would make planning even tighter.

My store was not scaling beyond a certain point. It was stagnant and sales were inconsistent. I was focusing and dependent on only Meta ads.  Ads That Matter came with a totally different strategy and also recommended me to start Google ads simultaneously. Sales became consistent from 1st month of working with them. Gradually Google ads also started performing and now it is integral part of my online marketing. Google consistently gives a ROAS of 7 or above.
