What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have noticed more and more people visiting our website since we launched it. The contact form and features added make it easier for visitors to interact with us, and we have seen more successful interactions. Specifically, more people are now filling out our forms and taking action on our site. Our website has also started showing up higher in search results, thanks to the improvements made by Addictive. 

This means more people can find us when they search for specific keywords, which is a big win for us. Addictive also worked on making our brand look and feel the same across all our digital assets. Our customers tell us they recognize and remember us better. Our visitors also seem to be spending more time on our site, which is a positive sign. It means they are finding what they need and want to stick around.

It felt like a true partnership. Their commitment to doing thorough research was also a game-changer. 

They didn't rush into things; they took the time to study and analyze the market, trends, and our specific industry. And on top of all that, it was heartwarming to know that this was a family business. This created a sense of trust and reliability that made the whole partnership feel both professional and personal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Addictive could have done differently?

Honestly, it's challenging to pinpoint any obvious areas for improvement or things that Addictive could have done differently. Our collaboration with them was quite smooth and successful. They met or even exceeded our expectations in most aspects of the project. While no project is perfect, in this case, the overall experience was highly positive, and we reached our goals without major hiccups.

• Addictive team showed high professionalism and delivered high quality design that included - product logo - color pallet - mobile app screens - mobile app prototype (Figma) - website design - fully functional website implemented using WordPress

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Addictive team was very responsive and always on time. They went beyond the limits and stepped up with activities that were not in the scope of work, but they devoted their time as they were committed for project success. One example of this is persona research of our app users that was expected to be delivered by us as project owners. However, they recognized this as a missing part and stepped up with the research.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their focus on generating multiple options for choice that span from the safe zone toward something new and provocative. Every time when we were in this position to choose between the proposals, it was the hard choices as every option is a good one. 

This applied for every aspect of the project scope like logo, colors that will be used for building the brand, mobile app components, or landing page design. Another important thing is that this team is focused on quality and never lets task be half-done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Addictive could have done differently?

One thing to be considered is exploring the lean approach and splitting the work into more iterations.
