I’m the president of a dance company, and we run a ballroom dance studio, dance cruises, and several other dance activities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Addi Marketing?

We had been running Google Ads for many years on our own and I was looking for someone to help optimize them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us with display and search ads on Google, and we tried YouTube ads as well but decided not to continue those. Their role was primarily in optimization and tracking of ad performance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was somewhat familiar with some of the basic metrics on Google Ads, so I could see how he was able to bring down our budget and cost per click, all while homing in on a bunch of keywords that we really wanted and increasing our ROI.

We felt comfortable testing out several types of ads and ad locations, particularly YouTube ads, where we didn’t know whether or not they were going to work, but Addi Marketing has always been great at running down funnels and things like that even when our plan doesn’t pan out.

How did Addi Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

He is super professional and easy to work with. I typically send them a quick email or phone exchange letting them know what I would like to do and then I get an invoice and they get right to work. They will often even provide a 2–3-minute video explaining what they are working on and how it is going. It has made the process incredibly easy for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The level of customer service is second to none. Because Addi Marketing is just one person, I’ve been able to develop a relationship with him so that even when we’re not working on anything at the time I can still fire off a question and talk to him like he is just as much a friend as a business partner.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I really have no needs from the relationship that he hasn’t completely satisfied.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You have to have something of a budget to experiment in the beginning before you will really be able to drill down to what is effective and be successful. If you need the project to pay off right away, you’re going to have a lot of trouble, no matter what company you use.

We had been through 3 PPC agencies with varying results. Somehow we were just not setup to take off. That is until we handed the reigns to Andrey and Addi Marketing and we haven't looked back since. After a few weeks of meticulously reviewing our Google accounts, Andrey made a set of savvy recommendations to improve our accounts. After the first month we started to see the difference across all KPI. Andrey is an extremely hard worker, always finds an answer and is very disciplined in his approach.
