Adamant Code helped us design and develop an AI-powered coaching product. The project involved more than building the technology. It required translating the complexity of human coaching into a usable AI experience. Their team worked closely with us through discovery, experimentation, testing, and multiple iterations to create a product that reflects the essence of coaching, including active listening, empathy, compassion, and emotional connection.

Adamant Code helped us move from concept to a working AI-powered coaching product, opening up a new way forward for TNM Coaching in the AI space. As a company that has always aimed to pioneer innovation in coaching and leadership development, this project helped us create a practical foundation for the next frontier of our work

The project management was handled very well. Adamant Code used strong systems and processes throughout the development, which allowed us to move quickly, pivot when necessary, and maintain the quality of the product. They were professional, agile, and flexible, including during more challenging moments when we needed to revisit an idea, test a different approach, or redo something we thought had already been completed

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They listened to us instead of just blindly building features. During the discovery process, they took the time to understand what we were actually trying to create and the complexity of translating human coaching into an AI product. The team tested the coach themselves, learned about our industry, and developed a genuine understanding of the essence of coaching. Their willingness to learn, experiment, and iterate alongside us made them a true partner rather than simply a technical provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adamant Code could have done differently?

Nothing significant comes to mind. Even when we encountered challenges during development, they were flexible, agile, and willing to work with us to find the right solution.

I'm the owner of an invention platform that helps users create inventions from start to finish by connecting them with service providers directly.

We needed to create an AI section for our business to help inventors see their product immediately.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adamant Code has developed our entire user platform, including the AI platform. Essentially, they've created our whole business model online. The team has built an AI creation channel, an app, and a website.

We've worked with 6-10 teammates from Adamant Code.

We found Adamant Code through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings and a great culture fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Adamant Code in April 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adamant Code has given us deliverable milestones and met every single one. We've completed the first portion of the project, but we'll continue working with them as we grow. We're getting ready to launch, and although we haven't launched yet, the team has been incredibly gracious and amazing to work with. They've developed an amazing platform.

Moreover, we've run digital infrastructure tests, and everything has come back really good. The code has been tested, and there have been very few errors.

How did Adamant Code perform from a project management standpoint?

Adamant Code manages things very well and delivers ahead of schedule. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Overall, Adamant Code has been wonderful to work with. They've taken care of us and been caring and thoughtful throughout the process. The team knows their trade very well and has helped us grow outside of what we originally brought.

Our project keeps evolving, but at its core is a set of tools that help us with analyzing complex data from different sources in order to take better decisions, and a multi-faceted content tool including competitive analysis, compliance check, and more.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The tools have now started to improve the speed and quality of our work. Complex tasks can now be achieved much easier and faster on a regular basis.

Clear and on-time communication. Taking things seriously.

Their project management was organized and clear. If anything, we could be clearer sometimes!

There was a good amount of thinking outside the box, initiative, and proactive thinking.

Development is complex, especially when touching new, fast-evolving technologies such as AI. They did their best to deliver things on time, but it’s not always possible, and in most cases, that’s okay.

The will to complete projects in the best way possible, no shortcuts.

Also, their task manager is very well documented. Each project is well-spliced into multiple tasks for the different developers. Each being very well defined.

Not much, we all learn and always need and try to improve, but I can’t point out something very specific.

Reveiwed details of system prompts and things that the customer can easily change on their own in natural language that can meaningfully impact the functionality of the product. This would have allowed us to fine-tune the chatbot's outputs sooner.

The product is basically a GPT which is placed on a website that requires login. When logged in, one is able to upload transactional data, tag it, and then to conversate either to create a calculation, table or a visualization.
