We Consulted them for developing a website and fulfilling digital Marketing requirements.

The company was referred by one of my relative. After that we have made an initial discussion with them. We found they are Listening us and they convinced us within that meeting itself. We confirmed the work in that meeting itself.

They have developed a website according to our requirements and suggestions. Their team Website development within a Month and continued digital marketing works which are still going on.

A team of 6 Members Worked for us. 1 Designer, 1 Coordinator, 1 developer, tester and 2 digital marketing executes.

They have completed development works on time and they are continuing our digital marketing works still. We are Satisfied with their service.

I'm the managing director of Emaratisolar, a solar e-commerce company in the United Arab Emirates.

What challenge were you trying to address with ADAM INNOVATIONS?

They created an e-commerce website for my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ADAM INNOVATIONS has created an e-commerce site from scratch on WooCommerce. We initially gave them a brief idea of what we wanted. We already had the product image, but they did everything else, including the design and content.

They’ve also done some videos for my YouTube channel, design work, social media management, and advertising for us. They're currently providing SEO and digital marketing services.

What is the team composition?

It’s a team of about 8–9 people. We have one main point of contact, who is the project manager.

How did you come to work with ADAM INNOVATIONS?

A friend referred them to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $6,000–$8,000 for the website. Now, we pay between $1,000–$1500 monthly for social media management and other services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in July of 2020. They finished the website in October 2020, but the partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very happy with them; they do nice work. We’re getting more orders and inquiries, and customers have given good reviews about the website. It's fast, easy to use, and the information is very clear. With SEO, we’re also ranking in organic research. Overall, we didn't expect such results within such a short period, but it’s all due to their hard work.

How did ADAM INNOVATIONS perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re fantastic. They communicate frequently and have a good team spirit. We get a fast reply in case of any problems, and then they sort it out within five minutes.

Communication is typically through Zoom, Teams, emails, and phone calls, but we mainly use WhatsApp because it's easier. Sometimes we use TeamViewer for screen sharing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They stand out for their communication and professionalism.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re very happy with them.

Any advice for potential customers?

I’ve already recommended them to many of my friends and colleagues. I tell them that they’ll get value for their money.
