• Backend Data Flow Updates: A significant focus was given by Activespan to refining the backend data flow. They integrated tools like Segment to streamline data collection, storage, and transfer processes. This ensured that the client could access reliable, real-time data analytics and make informed decisions based on these insights.

One minor suggestion for Activespan might be to have more frequent check-ins or updates during the initial phase of the project. This would allow for even tighter alignment and understanding from the outset, although it's worth noting that this did not hinder the project's success in any way.
