We were building a side project that we didn’t want to complete in-house.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Actiknow Consulting Private Limited developed custom software for us in multiple instances. The first project they worked on for us was a tool for the dental space that would help dentists and their employees manage work schedules. Their team was responsible for the design and development of the tool as well as offering infrastructure guidance. That project wasn’t finished due to an internal decision, but we liked their process so we continued to work on multiple projects with them.

Another project Actiknow Consulting Private Limited worked on for us was a logistics tool for a retail company. The tool integrated point of sale systems and their team performed end to end full-stack development. Their team started with regular design meetings and took the project all the way through development into testing stages.

They’ve done work in PHP, Angular, React, and React Native. Their team has done some JavaScript work for us as well. At times they were also responsible for architecting databases and working with AWS servers.

The team has scaled depending on the project at hand. In the past five or six years, we’ve probably worked with 50 members of the Actiknow Consulting Private Limited team. Actiknow Consulting Private Limited is very thorough and hard-working. They’ll stay up all night to hit a deadline. I know they’re very well respected in the industry. They produce quality work and always see projects through to completion. Clients fell in love with the logistic tool they created.

Our teams have weekly stand-ups, but we also communicate through Slack and Skype. Actiknow Consulting Private Limited is great at responding and helping out when you need it. They always hit deadlines and meet budgets.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have the unique ability to anticipate your needs and make appropriate suggestions. They’ll build from any recipe they’re given, but if they see a better way of doing something they’ll bring it up. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There have been some instances where a junior developer has made some grammatical errors. They could be a little bit more detail-oriented on the front-end side of things, but other than that we really enjoy working with them and will continue to do so.
