Through our main communication platform, Slack, they were prompt and efficient, readily adjusting to feedback and change requests. If I had to pinpoint an area, I'd say that while their expert use of various platforms is commendable, the initial onboarding process could be a bit more streamlined. However, it's important to note that once we expressed our need for more clarification, the team was quick to address it. They always ensure we're comfortable and understand the project's progress.
