ROAS was kept in line with our target goal and was constantly worked on to keep things afloat for the business.

This included delivery of over 100 assets, across multiple delivery phases, and in multiple web-first file types, including HTML5, and GWD. Crucial to execution of this scope of work, was timely delivery of all files.

The start of a new year is the busiest time for our industry as people look to use supplements to help support their new year resolution goals. During this time, our Meta ad strategy was critical in helping build brand awareness and, more importantly, drive online sales. 

Acceler8 Labs main objective was to manage numerous ad campaigns to drive online sales. In doing so, they were tasked to help develop the ad campaign strategy, optimize the campaigns over time to maximize sales, and continuously provide additional insights to help improve ad campaign efficiency.

Part of our internal company culture is always looking to improve, optimize, and get better. Acceler8 Labs is very much on the same page. Their consultant team is incredibly intelligent and provides this insight when we meet and in writeups, but it would be cool to have it available on demand (if possible) and with some AI/ML capabilities.

In my time working alongside Acceler8 Labs, they rose to the occasion and in most cases either met or exceeded our expectations. For areas that expectations weren't met, these were caused by factors usually out of their control. A summary of successful measurable outcomes: 

• Scaled our performance channel spend and subscription volume by over 3x in less than a 3 month period. 
• Reduced our overall CPA average across all active performance channels consistently delivered results at or above our benchmarks 
• During seasonal downturns, they managed to focus our channels on remaining efficiency, keeping our aggregated CPA within 15% of our target benchmark 
• Onboarded new channel types into our marketing fold and quickly scaled up performance (pMax, Snapchat)
• Delivered insightful and proactive recommendations that helped us strengthen our creative excellence during peak sales periods

Acceler8 Labs were extremely organized with regards to managing our account. They consistently met timelines and often exceeded our expected deadlines. In addition, they were also diligently proactive in bringing opportunities or suggestions to our team. This often led to us being ahead of the curve on new beta tests, or getting our campaigns into market ahead of time. 

The team was also extremely responsive to our ever-changing internal mandates and were always able to accommodate on the fly whether that meant new tactics being introduced or new creatives that were pulled into the mix. Often times this meant that they had very little turnaround time to get things done and they excelled in rising to the challenge.

Their deep understanding of the social media landscape, especially the Facebook platform, is unparalleled. This provides them with a unique edge, enabling them to create powerful strategies for media buying and ecommerce marketing. Their knowledge doesn't just stop at Facebook. 

They've shown extensive proficiency across a variety of platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, among others. This broad platform expertise allows them to customize their approach depending on the brand's specific needs and the platform's unique attributes, which maximizes the impact of their campaigns. Additionally, the team doesn't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. They make it a point to understand the specific goals, customers, and competition of each brand they work with. They then use this information to create tailored strategies that address these unique needs, which I found to be both impressive and unique.

While my overall experience with Acceler8 Labs was positive, there is always room for improvement in any business. If I had to pinpoint an area, I'd say that while their expert use of various platforms is commendable, the initial onboarding process could be a bit more streamlined. However, it's important to note that once we expressed our need for more clarification, the team was quick to address it. They always ensure we're comfortable and understand the project's progress.
