I am the CEO of a food products startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Abstracta.Digital?

We were looking for someone to help us with our communications, especially online. We also wanted to improve our website, analytics, and so on.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Abstracta.Digital is in the process of updating our site. The team is fixing coding mistakes, changing pictures, and improving loading time. Additionally, they’re working on SEO.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with only one teammate.

How did you come to work with Abstracta.Digital?

We did some online research and found different companies. Someone also referred us to Abstracta.Digital. We contacted them to ask for a proposal, and they offered us packages with varying budgets. It was pretty easy to select the services we needed, and we started our collaboration right away.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our collaboration in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We are very happy with their job so far. However, we can’t fully measure the results because we don’t have any clear KPIs yet. 

How did Abstracta.Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Abstracta.Digital is very well organized and communicative — they are constantly providing reports and feedback on the evolution of the project. We see the processes of the project very clearly, which has allowed us to track the milestones they’ve achieved and the budget spending.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The direct relationship we have is very effective, especially since we only work with one person. With previous vendors, we always had to communicate with a project manager who would then send our requirements to technicians. That made it hard to see the whole picture of the project, and there was some miscommunication — this doesn't happen with Abstracta.Digital. Whenever we make requests, the team is quick to start working on them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We could have spent more time talking about the project scope before starting. It ended up fine, but I think it would have been even better to dedicate more time to the discovery phase.
