We established a collaboration to hire a new engineering team. We shared three job openings that we urgently needed to fill and the team has been working on sourcing and providing skilled candidates to interview for the position. We requested full-stack engineers, python engineers and DevOps engineers.

The list of candidates provided was not very long, yet they were very skilled and we were able to hire some of them from a relatively small talent pool. It shows that ABIT Technologies understood the requirements well and easily found professionals interested in the company and project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ABIT Technologies could have done differently?

They should focus on increasing diversity in their talent pool. We only received male candidates across all three roles. I am sure there are a lot of diverse talents available in Romania who would be eager to work on a project like carbmee.

ABIT was responsible for overseeing the program engineering of the product from scratch. They developed and implemented the system architecture, built the backend, incl. PaymentServices, took care of security, and so much more.

Due to the implementation of a sprint process, they projected and delivered every little element on time. They were good listeners and realized every part which was needed.
