I am the owner of an e-commerce company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Abbsent Solutions?

I wanted to develop a website where I could sell products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Abbsent Solutions built a website that displays my products. The team offered a complete package. First, they designed and developed it using MySQL and PHP. They then listed my products, optimized the site for SEO, and made other improvements. During the development of the first version of the site, they also set up a Facebook account and created a few posts for me. The team also maintained my Twitter and managed Google Ads for me. We’ve since upgraded to the second version, which is now up and running. They continue to help me with digital marketing and site maintenance. 

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with the owner. Whenever I have a task for them, I contact him, and he passes the work onto his team.

They were referred by a friend who had been using them.

I have spent under $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We have been working with them since December 2018, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since the site has gone live, I’ve been receiving some orders. It’s easy for me to check on the performance of our site and social media. I was happy with the first version, and the second version looks good, too. Overall, I’m satisfied with the site’s performance and ease of use. Since I have a background in IT, I’m aware of how it should perform, and I believe it’s working well.

How did Abbsent Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a project timeline, and they are on time. Additionally, the team is quick to respond and fix any issues. I don’t have to wait long for them to resolve any problem. We use Excel sheets to track issue logs whenever something comes up. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by their responsiveness and flexibility. There have been a few times where I changed my mind because things weren’t as expected, and the Abbsent Solutions team has been adaptable to these changes without adding extra charges. Since they’re an offshore team, the cost has been reasonable, too. Overall, I’ve decided to continue working with them mainly because of their flexibility and cost-effectiveness. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m happy with what they delivered, and I have no complaints.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend that you work with them. The team will do a good job, and they’ll be flexible with any changes and adapt to whatever solution you choose.

I am admin manager here in Komfort Health and we are providing healthcare supplies online in Canada

For what projects/services did your company hire Abbsent Solutions, and what were your goals?

We needed an e-commerce store to sell online in Canada and after website development, we need Digital marketing services as well.

How did you select Abbsent Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

With Abbsent Solutions, we found all solutions under one roof. Also one of my friends is also working with them so it is very easy for me to decide to go with Abbsent Solutions.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives over the phone. They have delivered a proposal and then mockups and wireframes. After a few iterations, their team developed a WordPress website including payment method, shipping method, few customizations and contact forms.

How many people from the Abbsent Solutions team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact. A developer, designer and content writer were also involved in the process but our team has all the discussions with the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They have successfully delivered the website in the committed time period and after launching the website they have started digital marketing and SEO tasks. We started getting sales from the very first month.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Usually, we didn't need to ask them as they were quite responsive and engaged us. As we were not flexible with Trello so they have managed it by themselves.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very professional and have vast experience in every aspect of the project. They are easy to work with and very responsive in case of any questions. They were working according to our time zones so it is very suitable for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have done my work quite professionally but I think they should have more developers to engage multiple clients
