The goal for this project was to prepare an interactive mobile prototype where the decision-makers could properly plan their project down to the last detail.

The deciding factor for me to select Abbacus Tech was the clear communication that I received from the sales manager and the developer.

Once I selected Abbacus, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first few weeks, we received the first few screen mockups and initial designs for the iOS and Android app.

After a few iterations and discussions with the decision-makers, we finalized the design and provided feedback. Abbacus came back to us with wireframes and concepts for our other sections in the app.

What was the team composition?

Initially, we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. Additonally, a helpful mobile app developer help the project.

We found Abbacus upon searching on the web and they replied to us in just a few minutes, so we chose them as our partner for web development.

As a first step, they’ve to fix random issues connected to when our website crashed in the past. They’ve done a debug step and, once finished, they corrected the code in order to refrain from encountering the same issue again. Also, after some conversations we’ve chosen which points and functionalities need to improve conversion rate and they started to work on this.

We are in contact with 3 people of Abbacus, one project manager and two developers.
