Naveen was our project manager and could not have been more responsive to our needs.  I was so impressed with him.  He walked me through the complex process of creating a website and helped me feel at ease during the whole process.

Working with other Indian companies, language barriers were introduced. Naveen speaks and understands the English language exceptionally well, which helped us to be able to communicate easily. They also have more professional quoting and project bidding processes that really lay out what to expect. I really could not be more impressed with them. I highly recommend them. I have already given their names to a few other people looking to update their website in the coming years.

If there was a web design platform that we both could make comments or suggested edits in during the design process that would be so very helpful.

sometimes it's hard to detail everything in an email that needs to be done.

The website exceeded my expectations. The design is beautiful and clients love it. The website was everything I wanted and more!

From start to finish, we were in constant communication via WhatsApp. Updates of the status of the website were also given frequently.

We’ve seen an improvement in our e-commerce platform’s page load speed ever since we moved to Magento. We’ve also seen an increase in our site visitors, which went from 1,000 visitors to 5,000–7,000 visitors per day.

We wanted to connect our sales and services so that customers could come on the same platform and provide their requirements for the workshop. That way, our garage could see the customer's requirements and address them quickly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aatoon Solutions did website development for us. We had our sales integrated with how many cars were coming on daily. The platform has a login page and dashboard where we can see a daily, monthly, or yearly report to review how the requirement is progressing.

In addition, their team also changed the look and feel of our existing website to show our customers and clients that we’re more technologically advanced. They also integrated our Salesforce platform.

The dashboard they created helps me track my progress, which enables me to tell my team where they need to focus and what they’re missing. It also gives quick access to the top management so that they don’t have to call me to find out where we stand on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Overall, Aatoon Solutions has done a good job.

They were always available and adapted to my changes by pushing the timelines. Their team also told us in advance when a situation arose — communication was great.

Regarding tools, we had a lot of phone calls and used WhatsApp and email. We had a flowchart of how the process should look.

They were cost-effective compared to other providers, which was a big difference. They were good at their work and were always willing to accept and alter the course of action.

They could improve the timeframe management.

Have good, one-on-one communication where they can sit down and break down the project. Also, give them a clear timeframe regarding your needs.

Aatoon Solutions edited and sent over amended versions until approved. The website frontend was built and we were given the test link and finally they built the backend on Magento 2.0

One of the most interesting projects I have had the pleasure of working on with aatoon Solutions was a branding planning project. I found it so interesting because of the impact it had on my community. I also enjoyed working with the rest of the team members. The discussions we had about the pros and cons of each step were just exhilarating. I think it was such a joy to be able to see a project from start to finish. I really learned a lot about teamwork, communication and the importance of making and sticking to a plan.

After the initial information gathering session, they recorded every discussion and organized every task. We had a good project charter. They did a great job of communicating and keeping the project on track. We had meetings when the project began but usually interacted through phone, email, Skype, and Teamwork.

I asked Aatoon Solutions to get the site up and running before the Christmas season. Despite the tight deadline, they managed to deliver right on time. To date, the feedback has been really great.

Our engagement has been going very well so far. The overall feeling of the website’s UX has been notably positive. Additionally, our level of sales was impressive for the Christmas season. Seeing what else we need to do when it comes to SEO will take more time.

It was a straightforward project without any major challenges.  Aatoon Solutions built the product from scratch. The scope was also very clear from our end. Compared to other projects I’ve done in the past, things were clear and upfront. There were no issues related to project management during this particular effort.
