• To make impactful IT and technology recommendations that allowed Dawson Radford to grow and to take on additional clients. To do this we looked to automate several processes that allowed the team to be more efficient, and spend more time working with clients.

AAG provide ongoing IT support on an as needed basis. They regularly meet with us to make sure we are aware of developments around IT and cyber security, and recommend upgrades and improvements we can make to ensure the security of our systems. They also deal with routine issues and user problems as they arise.

AAG has spent time at the outset to understand our business and how we interact with others. They set clear timeframes for work to be done, and scheduled in dates for site visits etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For us, the best thing about AAG is its goegraphical location to us. For items which need urgently resolving they can be literally minutes away which has been really valuable when we have encountered problems which have stopped work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AAG could have done differently?

When tickets are raised they are automatically triarged in order of priority. Sometimes that priority is downgraded to what we would have expected it to be.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AAG provides ongoing IT support, migration to the cloud, and equipment replacement. The team supports our use of technology, migrates a complex set of servers handling complex services into the cloud, and replaces networking equipment and laptops.

We work with 6–10 members of AAG’s team.

A previous company referred AAG to us. We chose them because they were a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

We started working together in August 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

AAG has improved our IT resilience, efficiency, and best practices. For example, we've seen less downtime and disruption.

AAG's project management is great; they always deliver on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AAG's values align with ours, and no request is ever too much for them.

I'm the operations director of UK Search Limited, a specialist debt collection agency. We provide data enhancement, tracing, residency checking, and litigation services across multiple sectors using advanced technology and ethical methods to maximize successful customer contact and collections.

We needed to move our business into a more secure and protective 21st-century business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AAG provides fully managed IT services, so we no longer have to worry about the day-to-day IT issues. They ensure our technology works seamlessly so that we can focus on growing our business. AAG has upgraded all our systems and moved our business fully into the cloud. All our servers have been upgraded to the cloud, and our security, including cybersecurity, has been increased.

I'm unsure about the number of teammates from AAG assigned to our project.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working with them in November 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the initial teething issues, AAG has improved the speed of getting help desk activities sorted and the uptime of agents on phones. We've seen a 20% increase in productivity where there were agents offline due to IT issues.

We have monthly board meetings. Our primary form of communication with AAG is in-person meetings.

AAG's communication and continued support are impressive.

We quickly learned that, as well as monthly board meetings, operational meetings with people on the ground were important too.

We’re still using the system and have an ongoing relationship with them. They improved our server facilities, which led to faster processing times.
