I'm the operations director of UK Search Limited, a specialist debt collection agency. We provide data enhancement, tracing, residency checking, and litigation services across multiple sectors using advanced technology and ethical methods to maximize successful customer contact and collections.

What challenge were you trying to address with AAG?

We needed to move our business into a more secure and protective 21st-century business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AAG provides fully managed IT services, so we no longer have to worry about the day-to-day IT issues. They ensure our technology works seamlessly so that we can focus on growing our business. AAG has upgraded all our systems and moved our business fully into the cloud. All our servers have been upgraded to the cloud, and our security, including cybersecurity, has been increased.

I'm unsure about the number of teammates from AAG assigned to our project.

How did you come to work with AAG?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the initial teething issues, AAG has improved the speed of getting help desk activities sorted and the uptime of agents on phones. We've seen a 20% increase in productivity where there were agents offline due to IT issues.

How did AAG perform from a project management standpoint?

We have monthly board meetings. Our primary form of communication with AAG is in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AAG's communication and continued support are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We quickly learned that, as well as monthly board meetings, operational meetings with people on the ground were important too.

We’re still using the system and have an ongoing relationship with them. They improved our server facilities, which led to faster processing times.

Project was delivered on time and on budget with exceptional levels of support throughout.

AAG provided wise counsel throughout the project backed up by high levels of technical expertise and experience. They managed a successful deployment with a very tight deadline.
