We were satisfied with the work blackthorn.ai did for us and what they accomplished. The team showed initiative and proactiveness in developing alternative solutions to reach our goals. As a result, we obtained very complex and high-quality support.

Blackthorn.ai completed the project on time, stayed within our budget expectations, was communicative, hosted a few update meetings, provided detailed reports, and responded to our questions.
