We had multiple projects. Some were managed by NIX PM, in others we only took developers. Either way it worked fine. Great communication and on-time deliveries most of the time

I like the flexibility. We were impressed with the ability to find great resources for very short timed projects (2,3 months). We could always return resources if circumstances demanded, with an adequate up front notice.

I do not have any specific points. NIX's team was usually forthcoming and helpful and most of the situations that could develop to a crisis, somehow did not. The handling was professional.

Acountability and good company DNA and colture. The team definitely does their best including asking questions, paying interset and attention to details. The team worked organically.

It took a 1-2 sprinys for the planning and evaluation of features to be aligned with the actual work, but this makes sense to me working with other teams in the past.

The developers at NiX United helped us convert an aging SQL SSRS reporting system containing over 30 reports to a newer technology ReactJS web based system. That system is now being used in 6 manufacturing plants, and is slated to be deployed to over 50 more. NiX is also working on a next generation user interface for us helping create digital faceplates to a plant IIoT network utilizing MQTT.

We work in an Agile environment, but NiX regularly provided us content every week, that we could test and deploy in our customer site.

The Project Managemwent team, as well as the technical team is outstanding. They have managed the team, and have seamlessly managed bringing new developers online with zero disrutption to the overall project. They are timely with status, and highly responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I met with NiX originally in October of 2019 just before Covid. In 2022 as a result of the invasion of Ukraine, their Kharkiv office was entirely abandoned, and ultimately reformed in Budapest. I remained in touch with them, and during that time, we still managed to work out corporate terms and conditions that were required for us to start work. 

A year later, despite the country facing occupation and constant bombardment, my first developer was still situated in Kharkiv. What is impressive is that NIX, like the Ukrainian people, has drive and determination like no one else.

I can honestly say that I have no critique regarding our engagement.

The NIX team helped me with a Google Analytics migration project - from GA3 to GA4. The project went smoothly and was successful. They helped me identify and avoid pitfalls and supported me with reasonable requests after the migration was complete. I would work with them again.

The team set Google Analytics 4 up with feature parity from Google Analytics 3, meaning everything I could track in GA3 was trackable in GA4 (and then some, due to new functionality available).

The project manager was proactive, responsive, and helpful. We kicked off the project with a couple of virtual calls. After that, we communicated primarily by Google Docs and email.
