I am HR & Operation In charge at YKBK Enterprise (P) Ltd. -YKBK owned basketball league which called 3BL. 3BL, 3×3 Pro Basketball League Indian Sub-continent, is an intellectual property of YKBK Enterprise (P) Ltd. It has 6 Women’s teams and 12 Men’s teams competing in the professional circuit. 3BL is the only exclusive provider for an opportunity to compete at FIBA 3×3’s international circuit such as Challengers and World Tours from the Indian Sub-continent directly which is a dream of every 3×3 baller.

As of now, I can’t say the outcome of this project. We are already using multiple channels to target our potential customers.

They know how to engage client with less time and deliver the project accordingly. After getting the welcome email, they assigned the project head and started communication from a single person. There was no requirement for follow up as we received call/SMS and email on daily basis related to project development

We have worked with a few agencies in the past but finally, we placed our trust in Recherche digital because of their work quality and professional commitment towards the work.

They have a well-structured workflow wherein they try to understand the objective of the video & our overall expectations. Thereafter they engage a scriptwriter who does a great job of writing in our brand tone, After finalization of the script, Voice over artist is engaged and finally, the video creative is done and the first draft is shared. They happily made changes in the draft according to our feedback and shared the Final cut once we were completely satisfied.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They provided us with a professional Videographer who came to our office with his crew and equipment and did a great job of representing the company. Then their Animator garnished the raw shoot with animation and effects and infused life into the video. They share the first draft and they happily incorporated all the feedbacks and changes.

I would like to say that we met our overall objectives of brand awareness and visibility, educating the clients about our technical products and we are quite happy with the work

They have a team of professionals who are easy to reach. The coordination with their team was absolutely immaculate. They understand the needs of the clients well.

Their well-defined workflow and flawless coordination. They complete their work well in time and do quality work.

Maybe they should also consider moving into 3d animations.

We were looking for a online handbook for our scholars to provide information for their projects. So that at any time, they can check the status and update them accordingly. Earlier it was difficult to provide information to our scholars through the offline applications like MS Office. Now they can get the information at a glance through this website.

With recherche digital this is our 6th or 7th project. our company is connected with recherche digital from last 3 to 4 years. We already shared the scope with team recherche developers and they gave gone through that. based on the scope they shared sitemap, output as a end user and other information before starting the project.

What was the team composition?

As a short notice, they involve few more resources in my project and delivered with quality on time. Approx 5 resources utilized (Designer, Developer, Graphic Designer,visualizer, UI/UX designer).

We are not at this stage to share the output . But yes, output was as per our requirement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

their project management is awesome, they start with welcome email where they mention all responses involved under project, delivery time, POC details and communication on different channel like SMS, email, whats App. There is no need to chase them as I receive email /SMS at the end of the day every day till project delivery.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As of now they are not on IOS app development platform, so I would recommended to do the same.

They designed a presentation for our firm. The presentation was intended to be a public profile we could share with our clients. When Recherche Digital came on board, we had a base skeleton ready, and the team helped us with a few upgrades and changes. They managed their entire project; we just provided the details.

We received a promotional email around Covid-19. The design was a promotional service they were providing, and we were impressed with the idea and their profile.

The project cost less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in April 2020. However, I’m sure we’ll work with them again when we need a further upgrade.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t sent out the presentation yet, as my team is still finalizing some upgrades. However, we’re all happy with the results internally. The presentation looks fantastic, and we’re looking forward to feedback from our clients.

The project went smoothly. We received a good amount of follow-up from them. They were a great team to work with.

We would’ve liked if they helped us with the website. I’m surprised they’re just designing the presentation which is just one of the aspects of our marketing. Maybe they can look into other things as well.

On Google search, their website comes on top 3 position. We shared the enquiry with them and they responded promptly and briefly. It took some time. We liked the samples shared by them but cost was not in our budget. After some more research we decide to give a try.

Once we selected this partner they started with us to know our business. They collaborated on our script and storyboard. The end product is a set of ppt and video format describing the whole business model.

The project is part of the long process of sales/investment pitch. Immediate outcome may not be shared at this moment

The work flow is well defined. Once project is entered, a project head is assigned. After providing first level of input information, design team starts work and provide draft with in 2 days. The changes may be done online or through mail. Within one revision, the project is finalised.

Prompt response Good design Well defined process. They delivered results quickly and had a very friendly team with great industry knowledge.

There should be a starter plan for startups.which should be cost effective and fits in budget
