Upon hiring NIU (A 9H Company), we gave them the full description of what we need our website to feature which includes a user-friendly interface, inclusion a catering section, and a hotel room reservations section which does not exclude the pricing list section. We requested to have a section to showcase our gyming services, bar and restaurant.

Top-Notch Excellent! A 9H Company did a great job of delivering a User-friendly interface, a catering order section, hotel room reservation plus pricing, a showcase of our gym center services, a display of our bar and restaurant with the option to book a dinner, get together and all. A page for our success stories was also requested to be added which was done appropriately even surpassed our expectation.

I’m the CEO of ICE Malta. We offer live online courses about digital marketing, computer skills, and Cisco and Microsoft training.

We needed assistance to build our website and learning management system (LMS).

What was the scope of their involvement?

NIU (A 9H Company) has designed and developed our company’s website and learning management system. Our site features an e-commerce website where students can buy our online courses. NIU (A 9H Company) has managed our site’s integrations with HubSpot, Zoom, and a local payment gateway. 

NIU (A 9H Company) has followed our brand guidelines to design our site. They’ve provided us with a design questionnaire to get more information about our company. Then, NIU (A 9H Company) created design mock-ups using Figma, and once the design was complete, they’ve developed our site using WordPress. 

Moreover, NIU (A 9H Company) has also developed the LMS that our students now use to watch courses, access learning materials, see their attendance, and communicate with the school. We’ve created the educational content, and they’ve developed the system and trained us to use it. During the COVID-19 pandemic, NIU (A 9H Company) helped us migrate all our content online. 

NIU (A 9H Company) also offers support and troubleshooting assistance through a ticketing system. When we have an issue, we send an email to open a ticket, and NIU (A 9H Company) offers remote or on-site assistance as needed.

We work with NIU (A 9H Company)’s account manager, who is our main point of contact and is present at all meetings. We also work with a designer and two developers.

We found NIU (A 9H Company) through a recommendation. We reviewed their previous work and noticed their offices are close to ours, so we decided to go with them.

We’ve spent around $40,000–$50,000 yearly with NIU (A 9H Company).

We started working with NIU (A 9H Company) in April 2013, and our partnership is ongoing.

We’ve been working with NIU (A 9H Company) since we started our company, and we’re now one of the largest private institutes in Malta. They’ve helped us achieve our goals with their expertise and services— their work is great.

NIU (A 9H Company) meets deadlines and has good project management. My team communicates with them via email to open up troubleshooting tickets. I have access to all our records and have visibility of all the requests from my team. I can identify if a ticket is unresolved or needs more information.

I’m most impressed with NIU (A 9H Company)’s consistency. They have an excellent staff that understands our company.

I can’t think of anything for NIU (A 9H Company) to improve. We’re happy with our engagement.

NIU (A 9H Company) has a team of experts with a lot of experience, and I recommend using their team’s expertise. Even if you know what you want, I recommend taking the time to hear their suggestions and have a call with them — this will have better results for your end product or service.

I was shocked at their ability to ignore our comments.

Definitely. The website they created has weak foundations. It keeps crashing as soon as we add any new plugins or make any big changes. The core web vitals are a total disaster and we're having to outsource other agencies to solidify the websites they created.

We have delivered the AIS websites over 2 years ago and our mandate was to design and develop the websites, as per proposal given at the time and in line with our ISO standards.

Given that we were never responsible for any of your websites post-launch or for your hosting environment, your comments about 'regular crashes' and 'poor web vitals' comes as a surprise since this was not in any way related to the work we undertook and delivered.

When considering the below GTmetrix report for one of the websites we delivered, it's clear that the major pitfalls of your website are related to the content managed by your team and server response times.

We would have been more than happy to assist you sort these things out and offered our assistance had we been contacted and informed about such issues. However, we have not received any communication from you for the past 2 years.

The purpose behind our collaboration with NIU (A 9H Company) was to create a new eCommerce store which would cater for our growing range of products, and to offer our customers an improved browsing and shopping experience. This included newly introduced features such as a delivery scheduling system which allows customers to choose their preferred delivery date straight from the website.

The new eCommerce store also allowed us to include more information and content about our products directly on the page. Innovative features such as the compare function further contributed to the usability of our new eCommerce store.

Thanks to their advanced level of technical knowledge, they were able to add unique functionality to our new website, delivering on their promise of making it one of the best local eCommerce stores in the market.

We are overall very pleased with the service provided by Dorvic Mansueto. Whenever having a problem, he is very responsive and takes the matter seriously to make sure he resolves it as soon as possible.

One thing which could be improved is communication when it comes to deadlines and certain critical issues with the website could be better communicated with us so we are aware and can take action accordingly.
