The project is ongoing, but the CAC has decreased by 30% and I have complete insight and understanding to my spend compared to previous firm that was managing via software.

Yes. I've worked with a handful of team members, each with their respective specialties, and am provided a comprehensive monthly summary report detailing the KPIs. I like that there hasn't been an issue that has dumbfounded the company. With my line of business, there are all sorts of hoops to jump through with google and meta and they've been able to navigate them flawlessly and effectively. Where others in the past have given up, 94n Digital has been able to drive through the problems accurately and successfully. I've worked with 6 members of 94n and each has had their own unique skill set and specialty that has delivered quantifiable results.

We've been working together for a few months and the results continue to improve, so I think it would be too early to offer room for improvement. I've been around the block long enough to know that SEO, paid search and anything digital marketing related takes time to see results.

We decided to liquidate our marketing department in-house and outsource a digital marketing company. 94N's scope of work was to design a digital marketing campaign that is mobile friendly with digital content creation for a website they would also design. They also manage SEO ranking and improve our direct marketing in both Google and Bing. Finally, they managed pay-per-click advertisements (including monitoring of conversion rate).

• Our Google ranking has dramatically improved (We rank top 10 or greater in multiple of our services). 
• Our pay-per-click advertising is efficiently well-managed with a focus on ROI. 
• Website traffic has increased by a factor of 10 or more (depending on season). 
• The speed at which our mobile advertisements work is some of the fastest I have seen in our market.

I can only speak on the last 12 months, as I was not in a management role of the company when we first hired on 94N. They will give feedback on decisions and directions the company makes, but will always work diligently to implement our plan of action. We are constantly in communication and the members of the team we work with are extremely talented, truly. Deadlines not met had more to do with restructuring my company has gone through. I can confidently say that deadlines are well met on their end.
