The original scope of work included reviewing our website, doing a full keyword analysis, and delivering a suggested revised navigation, webpage recommendations, blog content recommendations, and blog and copywriting for the website. After the intial work on the site and blog, the focus turned to backlinks and later international SEO, with keyword analyses for specific territories.

The SimpleTiger team has a ton of expertise, and they manage the projects well – providing weekly updates, accomodating new requests from us and delivering on them quickly, and providing a number of different tools and sheets to review progress at any time. The team is also quick to respond to any questions or concerns via Slack. There isn't an over-abundance of virtual meetings, but when we do have them they are pretty productive with Branden or Ian.

The Sales and onboarding process were strong and personalized. The use of Loom when we first began with SimpleTiger was a newer concept and that really provided an impressive experience paired with the knowledge and attitudes of everyone we interacted with.

With full awareness SEO is a dynamic, ongoing process, the one item that comes to mind is the timeline/order of tasks in the project. We found a couple times that we ended up deploying web content and soon after we got specific page copy recommendations from SimpleTiger that would have been useful earlier. As a small marketing team, it was at times difficult to stay up with all of the recommendations and tasks – so ideally we would have had the page copy recommendations first, before working on and deploying changes to the site.

We have weekly meetings to define goals, report on progress with measurable/tangible deliverables and/or metrics. The thing I am most impressed with is the group's ability to not fall in love with the original plan (or have a one-size fits all approach to digital marketing) but to take each meeting as an opportunity to assess progress, listen to what the metrics are telling us, and either adapt the existing plan or change it entirely based on real data.

The best part about this team is that they drive the project. I have worked with several digital marketing agencies in the past and never have I seen a group drive the process as much as Simple Tiger. My role has been one to review, provide feedback and approve. It's the best. In every other experience (with their competitors), I have felt as though we needed to drive the bus.
