The project with Octiv was to provide keyword analysis for our site to help our content writers pick the right topics to write about. We found that Jeff and his team were such experts in the space, they ended up helping us with our site organization, cleaning up dead links, and suggesting new site structures to rank in google. All of these metrics were provided through a google sheet and we checked each item off as we worked week to week with his team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Domain Authority climbed month over month. Our keywords were getting higher and higher and our site audit had less errors. Jeff ran reports on his end to reduce the number of errors we had on our site and we were able to bring our score to a 98% in Ahrefs.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, everything was delivered on time. Jeff was always prepared for our meetings and the schedule was set beforehand. Our team was responsible to complete the tasks - and Jeff make sure that each item was actually completed in Google before moving on. He also would go above and beyond to assist us when our site broke. Very happy with his support and care.

Jeff was incredibly educated in the SEO space and has been challenged in the past with many of our issues - so he was able to provide fast and accurate feedback. He also went the extra mile to contact webflow support, find answers we couldn't find, and be incredibly patient explaining the strategy to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Octiv Digital could have done differently?

None comes to mind.
