Our core focus was to increase our identity across the web. We started small and have slowly increased our spend each month and have seen a big (for us) uptick in calls and form requests. PPC on Google and Bing have been our biggest sources od success so far.

With few calls coming in from our organic efforts, we decided to take a chance on ppc. We started to get more calls once we turned our ads on that same week. Our order size also improved getting bigger deals that help us grow.

We are in touch through weekly email and have monthly phone calls to review our accounts. We feel good about progress and plan to continue working with 8020 for the forseable future.

Scope of work:

• Manage several Amazon Ads Campaigns, such as brand defense, high search volume, specific niche keywords, and so on
• Optimization of product listings (Ntitle, description, details, A+ content, and ASINs hierarchy/organization)

Key deliverables:

• Initial campaign setup
• Monthly campaign optimization and performance report
• Budget management (maintaining ACoS target and expected sales)
• A+ content buildout (enhanced brand content)

8020-Digital not only maintains a frequent report of their progress, but also communicates very proactively whenever something that could impact our ads performance surges. As a client. we learned with them in the process and they were willing to adapt as our needs changed. They also suggested taking advantage of features we were unaware of or that we had not experimented yet.

They have good experience as an ads agency and do very well at their line of work. If they wanted to improve their services, they would benefit from having experience as a seller (what I assume are most of their customers).

We have been steadly achieving about a 6 multiple over the years, but from Q4 of 2023 to Q4 or 2024 that figure jumped 7 points to a 13 ROAS using paid search by segmenting workable audiences and targeting.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Monthly revenue jumped from roughly $74k to close to $160k each month with an additional $1k/mo in ad spend by the different changes we made in the account.

We would meet 1-2 times each month to review KPIs and tactics used to keep pushing forward. They are response and always have our best interst at heart even when the scope does not fall under their responsibility. They are always working to help improve our business needs. That's just who they are.

We have another agency focused on paid social and ideally they would be working on these platforms to but we are under a contract with them, so hoping they can eventually take this over when that comes up.
