Thanks to our extensive experience and substantive knowledge, we have become specialists who offer effective legal support in the field of claims adjustment. Our activities consist in enforcing the timely and proper operation of insurance companies. Our priority is to protect the interests of our clients, we minimize the risk of possible disputes.

For what projects/services did your company hire Triscode , and what were your goals?

We hired Triscode to implement a web-based motor claims adjuster system. The system is designed to improve and speed up communication in cases of disputes between the client and the garage, insurance company and law firm.

The main task of the software is, among others automatic generation of documents for insurers, lawsuits and court letters, e-mail correspondence, viewing liquidation proceedings, court proceedings, settlements, keeping a calendar of a given case, reporting, etc.

Meetings were held online. At the first meeting, we presented our assumptions, project and related needs. Triscode prepared a clear description of the system's functionality and an action plan for graphic designers and programmers, and proposed appropriate solutions. Technologies and tools used in the project: PHP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We managed to organize the working time of our employees as much as possible and to accelerate and improve the circulation of information and documents. We also have access to the cases and at what stage they are, which allows us to keep our clients informed about the proceedings.

Triscode approached our project very meticulously and individually. Fast and efficient communication, which took place on Skype, the Slack communicator, and the planning of time and workflow in Trello.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we liked the most was a very professional approach to our project. Also, their understanding of our requirements and availability, we could always count on a quick response. Each meeting was very effective, well planned and, above all, convenient, because it was online, we did not have to organize additional time for traveling to the meeting and returning. We could do it directly from our office.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe that this is a really good, experienced software team that sincerely wants to help their clients achieve their goal. A good example is their involvement in our project. If we are to use programming services again, we will gladly head to Triscode.
