I was looking for someone who could start within 2 weeks and finish the job fast. 7Fridays did both, I was very happy with the result. Also I needed someone who would be there for me, in case I need support in the future.

I handed over the design documents and setup a meeting with my designer to kick-off. After that 7Fridays managed most of the work alone and provided work updates during the process.

We have used 7Fridays INC for many projects over a period of 3-4 years now. We primarily use them to support on web development tasks. This can cover small adhoc tasks for existing websites or complete rebuilds.

As it's a long standing relationship I originally found Max on upwork, a freelance portal. This went on to become a long standing and fruitful relationship.

For adhoc tasks I will usually outline the requirements through a Trello card and answer any additional questions that may arise from there. The team will pick-up the work and complete either in production or on a staging environment based on my needs.

For complete new web builds I will provide the team with designs in Figma along with some corresponding direction on how things should work functionally. Generally I find that the team understands the concepts very easily just from the visual designs, and thus they are able to develop based on very little additional input.

Sometimes this strategy causes a few little missteps here and there, but the team is super quick to adapt based on my feedback, so overall I personally prefer letting them go early and adjusting vs. spending tons of extra time creating documentation and sitting on calls.

I would say I have worked with roughly 3 key people from the team up to now, but of course I expect various members of the team have worked on bits and pieces of our projects over the years. My main point of contact has always been Max however. He manages everything very smoothly.

Its hard to directly say that the team was responsible for x improvement because ultimately they are developing based on my requirements and the designs I have provided, but I think where the team adds a lot of value is in creating simple and fast sites.

I definitely see a much better page speed score for example when Max and team have been involved in the development vs. many other client sites where we've leveraged different developers.

We mostly interact through Upwork and via Trello cards. I find them quick to understand requirements and deliver. Communication has always been excellent and I have never had a situation where I felt things were anything other than "in control".

They were professional, efficient, and demonstrated good communication.absolutely no fuss.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not in my view. I have used the team for about 3-4 years and I am continuing to use them regularly for new projects. I think they are excellent.

Once our corporate image had been modified and the new website designed, the work of laying out that design in a wordpress template was commissioned. The next thing was to create forms and chatboot with registration in our CRM

Our key deliverable was a fully functioning and performing website which we now have. Our website is designed on Wordpress, using php. Our service includes ingest of RSS feeds, comparison of events and sequencing based on this comparison.

Our site is fully up and running and ready for our marketing push for customers. Any issue's we have are dealt with in a very timely manner. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to help us get to where we are.

Parts of our code (naming conventions) are in Ukranian which makes it a little trickier to move coding to an English language team.
