Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We put this team under a lot of pressure with a very tight deadline, but they delivered a website that looks incredibly sharp and high-end. The design isn't just modern, it actually feels thought-out. What really blew us away was their patience; we called them more times than I’d like to admit with extra tweaks and changes, and they were available 24/7 to make it happen. We’re already moving into the next phase with them to handle our SEO and build out some additional custom pages and features. If you need a team that won't disappear once the project starts, these are the guys.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We finally have a high-end online presence that actually reflects our brand's quality and doesn't look like a template. The new design and layout make everything feel more intuitive and professional, giving us a much stronger edge when presenting to clients. It’s also built to be easily scalable, so we can roll out SEO and new features without having to rebuild from scratch.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They hit every deadline even with the crazy pressure we put on them. The best part was their 24/7 responsiveness. We called them way too many times with last-minute tweaks, and they handled everything instantly without any pushback. It felt like they were actually part of our team rather than just an outside agency.

What was your primary form of communication with Tunel Studio?

• In-Person Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part was how zero-friction the whole process felt. Even with the crazy deadline we gave them, there was none of the usual agency drama or back-and-forth. They delivered a high-end site and managed to make it look easy, even though we were calling them constantly with last-minute tweaks. It’s rare to find a team that stays that locked-in and patient when the pressure is on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tunel Studio could have done differently?

Honestly, it’s hard to find a flaw in how they handled this. My only real advice is that as they grow and take on more clients, they shouldn't lose this vibe. Right now, they’re accessible, down-to-earth, and completely ego-free, which is rare for an agency that delivers this level of work. I’d just say: keep that same energy. Don’t let the quality slip or become "corporate" just because you're getting bigger. Stay as humble and approachable as you are now.
