I'm Ken, CEO of EzTek, Founded in 2011, we are a software solution company that has a big vision: to empower organizations across the globe with custom software engineering from concept to completion.

We failed with a previous dev team with too many bugs, messy coding, and missed deadlines. I hope that we can solve the existing bugs as soon as possible and some features to release within 2 months for our marketing campaign

I am very impressed with the ability to solve problems of the InApps team, they grasp the problem very quickly, analyze it thoroughly, and plan a very professional problem-solving approach. After the first week, we saw initial results, then in the first month the previous issues that I worried about disappeared, and completed my release target earlier than expected.

The project is using .Net Core, I need to complete the hot-fixed phase with 2 missions: - Fixing the list of existing bugs - Release the 5 keys of features. We need to complete it within one month.

There are 4 members from the vendors - Technical Lead: 1 headcount - Senior Developers: 4 headcounts.

We are still collaborating with InApps so far, and this vendor has achieved some very satisfying results: - Problem-solving skills - Communication skills - Dedication at work in support of urgent issues Results: - Solved the main problems of the previous team. - Completed the release milestones on time.

We're using Skype and also Slack to communicate together. Also, the important thing this vendor has done very well is that they communicate and report almost daily, so issues get resolved very quickly.

They often have the video call with us to discuss their questions and the requirements, so they follow the project closely to help us feel more secure. Tasks and bugs are managed on JIRA also help me to grasp their work and monitoring progress closely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I see this team has the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, new ideas. We are most impressed with their proactiveness, which saved us a lot of time and effort.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have many ideas about this point, but maybe in the future they may consider adding an Account Manager to my project, it would be better to grow up.

Overall the team is great. Whenever we had some feedback the team would take that onboard and provide a solution promptly.

We were looking for a suitable app development partner based in Ho Chi Minh that we could work with to assist with the development of our mobile apps on an ongoing basis. We also refer work to them from overseas contacts that we have from time to time.

We wanted a mobile application to serve people in Southeast Asia's digital economy, starting with Vietnam's e-commerce industry. Our app seeks to solve problems in the e-commerce space, with a focus on great customer experience and digital inclusion.

How did you select this vendor?

We spoke to half a dozen vendors based in Ho Chi Minh and received quotes from each before deciding on InApps. We chose InApps not just because of price but because they were the most professional overall, quickest to respond and easiest to communicate with.

We contributed the wireframes and detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) to help InApps with the scope and design of the project. The app has been built using Native React, suitable for iOS and Android. InApps provided us with a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which gave us clear milestones, assigned cost and manhours (MH) required for each implementation.

What was the team composition?

I dealt mostly with the Project Manager and CEO, and from time to time one of the team members would join the group chat to discuss specifics about a particular implementation. Whole project included: (1 PM, 1 BA, 3 Dev, 1 QC)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are yet to launch the app, but the feedback from everyone we have shared the app with has been very positive. InApps have been very responsive and quick to fix any bugs and address our feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was able to communicate with the PM on a daily basis. The entire process was very transparent and communication was great.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were easy to work with and always responsive and provided regular updates. We'll definitely continue to work with them.

Overall the quality of the app and service is world-class. We'll definitely be working with InApps on an ongoing basis.

They created multiple new screens for my app. Their first task was to program an item database screen that fetched images from a third-party API. Then they programmed an item details screen that fetched images and data about an in-game cosmetic item, related items, a community star rating, and other item details. Lastly, they reprogrammed and reskinned a news feed with my designs.

They provided a project manager and a Skype group that included the manager and four developers.

The project was extremely successful. I received great reviews from my users, who were thrilled about the new screens and their functionality.

I was definitely most impressed by their communication skills, which were great not just for an offshore company, but for any company. They always responded when I had any questions or when they needed to explain something.
