ElmoSoft has took part in the development effort that’s complemented our internal resources. They’ve been involved in both the development and automation testing of features and functionalities, which involved aggregation of the customer information and unique data.

Working closely wiith our team, they’ve helped to develop several data engineering applications that collect contact center interaction data across multiple communication channels in order to generate models for predict interaction outcome prediction.

The team developed the applications based on Java Spring Boot framework, and implemented hundreds of test automation scenarios which were integrated into our CI/CD pipeline.

The project is ambitious. Few other companies complete end-to-end testing on all code features. ElmoSoft understands the challenge, and their results are easy to analyze and read. In six months, we've covered about 60% of the product of three years of development. This is a massive improvement for our QA team.

Their project management is great. Our tester is autonomous: we send her scenarios, and she works on them efficiently. She knows when to request clarifications. The founder checks up on our progress and confirms that the team is headed in the right direction. He either finds the proper solutions to structural requests or explains why our description can't be matched.
