• Together with ElmoSoft employees we’ve built and are supporting 8 microservices. In our test environment, we’ve successfully onboarded more than 50,000 users.

ElmoSoft has took part in the development effort that’s complemented our internal resources. They’ve been involved in both the development and automation testing of features and functionalities, which involved aggregation of the customer information and unique data.

Working closely wiith our team, they’ve helped to develop several data engineering applications that collect contact center interaction data across multiple communication channels in order to generate models for predict interaction outcome prediction.

We posted a job description on Upwork and interviewed several companies. We've chosen ElmoSoft because they immediately understood the scope of the project.

The team developed the applications based on Java Spring Boot framework, and implemented hundreds of test automation scenarios which were integrated into our CI/CD pipeline.

4 developers with excellent Java and Python skills worked on our projects. One of the advantages of working with ElmoSoft is their ability to tap into specific development needs as the new use cases arise.

We launched several new applications as pilot projects with the customers and brought them to maturity with help from ElmoSoft.

Our solution had been developed for 4 years and needed an experienced team to build end-to-end tests our coded features, including non regression testing, continuous integration, .....

What were your goals for this project?

The main goals are : - Ensure taht a new software version will be viable and include no regression bugs, - Ensure that the new feature are mature enough to be deployed So we need to be able to test in conditions very close to the user experience.

The main outcome is that more than 80 scenarios had been implemented and since we have been working with them, the new versiosn were deployed smoothly.

The project is ambitious. Few other companies complete end-to-end testing on all code features. ElmoSoft understands the challenge, and their results are easy to analyze and read. In six months, we've covered about 60% of the product of three years of development. This is a massive improvement for our QA team.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project management is great. Our tester is autonomous: we send her scenarios, and she works on them efficiently. She knows when to request clarifications. The founder checks up on our progress and confirms that the team is headed in the right direction. He either finds the proper solutions to structural requests or explains why our description can't be matched.

Together, we're defining the scenarios, integrating new features, and improving the frontend. In future projects, we may improve the structure for even higher efficiency.
