I’m the owner of Scientific Search. We do recruiting and staffing services primarily for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with 610 Digital, LLC?

I hired them to help improve our website through SEO and bettering the overall appearance and functionality of the platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They primarily ran Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns. Our team would create content and 610 Digital LLC was responsible for how it appeared on screens and all of the tracking and analytics. 

For our site, they originally set us up on WordPress and then moved us over to a new backend system. They gave us reports on our clicks and information obtained from the SEO efforts on the site.

We worked exclusively with Jeff (Digital Marketing Consultant). 

How did you come to work with 610 Digital, LLC?

We contacted several different companies when evaluating who to work with. We went with 610 Digital LLC because they had the best value for the services offered. 

How much have you invested with them?

Overall, we’ve spent under $10,000. This most recent project cost a couple of thousand dollars. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve had a relationship with them since 2015. This project specifically ran from October 2019 – January 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their work was excellent. We’ve been very happy with the results. We measure their success based on how many new client inquiries we receive every month, and we’ve been consistently earning more every month since starting to work with them. 

Even during the current pandemic, we’re still getting leads from their work. They attract the right people to our website and spend our Google Ads money wisely so we’re getting the results we’re looking for. 

How did 610 Digital, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at managing the project. What I like about working with them compared to other firms is how proactive they are. They get back to us with whatever needs to be done and give us their recommendations and timelines. They follow up with us, too. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work and consistent responses makes them stand out. They know what they’re doing. With other agencies, I’ve had to follow up with them and ask what the status is on something, but I’ve never had to do that with 610 Digital LLC. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything — I plan to continue using them for future projects. Switching to a different firm wouldn’t get me better results. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you take the time to sit down and talk to them about your goals. Make sure you’re on the same page about what the final product should look like. Let them know what results you’re measuring them by so they can tailor it to fit your needs.
